2nd post ~ If you do quick Google search for "how long to cook French fries in a commercial fryer" you will find an entry stating 5-6 min. NOW if you actually take the time to read the article you will learn that the 5-6 min. Is referring to the process of blanching "fresh fries" which is done at 300°f this is done early in the morning and is called "PREP" . The article goes on to say for actual cooking time raise the temperature to 375°f which will then take only a couple of minutes. Keep in mind these times are for a full batch and a single order takes less time. I'm glad that the owner brought this website to my attention because it proves my initial statement to be "FACTUAL"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. I didn't waste 8 minutes waiting for a poutine I kept walking and got one on Gladstone that took 3.5 minutes AND THEY SHOWED ME THE SIZES

The man at the counter wouldn't show me the sizes so I ordered the large to be safe, I was hungry and in a rush. This man than told me it would be at least 8 minutes ??????????? If this was true then every chip truck in the world would go out of business!!!!!!!! What this "person" didn't realize was that this summer was my 25th anniversary working in kitchens and I know for a fact is it takes 2 minutes to make a poutine while working on other meals. 3 seconds to drop the fries 1.5 minutes+ to cook 10 seconds to apply curds and gravy then 5 seconds to smile and say thank you. I came here as a customer a few times and didn't enjoy the pizza. As angry as I feel right now, I'm going to remain calm and professional. I arrived as an Uber delivery driver today, April 10th, 2024, at 2320hrs. Upon arrival, the male behind the counter didn't acknowledge my presence even though we made eye contact several times. As the time started to pass by, he continued working in the kitchen and wouldn't ask what my order number was or how long I could expect to wait. When I confronted him about this, he stated that he didn't need to acknowledge me or tell me how long the wait would be. I told him that I needed to know what the wait time was so that I could make my own choices based on discretion. This conversation turned into an esculated argument. BUYER BEWAREAwful pizza! Deplorable service. Where do I even begin. The pizza is gross, very thin, hardly any toppings or cheese for that matter, and you will wake up so parched, who knows what they put in that dough and or sauce. Service was horrible, the guy that is always there at night, who, i'm guessing is probably the owner, is very rude and not personable. He always has a sour face and looks miserable, probably because it is a failing business and he has no choice but to work the graveyard shift. The whole place in general seemed grime and cold. Bottom line, the pizza was awful and the service was even worse....
