Hi Everybody I am a rideshare driver and Every week couple times after midnight I am visiting 330 Queen street Tim Hortons. That night I and one of my friend we went this location to have a coffee and rest. After gave our order I would like to use washroom but I saw washroom entrance blocked with serving table. I requested cashier to use but she said it's closed. I asked why? Because other nights I always use this washroom what's problem tonight? She said because of security reasons. I said but just other nights it was open why tonight closed? And unfortunately she started to shout me out and she blamed me very nonsense things as "every night you are coming here and harassing and abusing me, I am working here since 2 years and all my shifts I am making same thing, I know who you are, you are a taxi driver and I will take your picture and I will complain you to your company, that's enough your harassment, everyday you are coming here and take picture.... " I was shocked because I saw her first time in my life. I denied her accusations and advised her to calm down. But I could not be successful. She continued threatening me and finally she threatened me to call police. I accepted. She spoked with someone and she used some words like " I don't know which country he is from". I didn't understand what is my country concern in this case? Anyway I waited. After a couple minutes police arrived. She spoked with police without us and I didn't hear what did she say about me. Finally police call us and explained us that this is a private place and she does not want you here and throw us out from restaurant. Now ; I am a regular costumer of your company and I am buying my things from your shops with money. I never made any rude or unacceptable behaviour to anyone. But first time a lived an unacceptable treatment and first time I thrown from a place by a police in my life. I am not accepting this. I am very much upset. Read moreUnfortunately this Tim Hortons chooses to make up hours of operation and refused service to myself and another person almost 20min before closing, as well went so far as to make an excuse that someone inside opened the doors which is how we got into the OPENED SHOP.
Saturdays operation hours are to 5pm. Not between 4:30 to 5:00pm as they said.
NOT EVERYTHING YOU SAY IS TRUE... I could have called bylaw. You could have even received a fine between 500$-5000$.
Every Saturday, whoever reads this, place an order 5 min to 5:00pm for a sandwich.
Would you care to comment Tim Hortons franchise operator as to what your operating hours are again. Perhaps post them on your door.
Perhaps make up an excuse like, oh it was a misunderstanding.
If these people at this Tim Hortons try this with you, record them and report them to bylaw.
Call 311, and someone will be happy to slap a fine on them.

Saturday, i placed a mobile order that was sent to this location. After waiting an hour to be delivered, i realized my order was sent to someone else, despite having my full address on the app and on the receipt that was emailed to me. I called the doordash (who i found was the delivery company), they told me to call Tim Hortons because it was a mobile app order. I called this restaurant and no solution was found. They refused to resend the order and some lady tried to request a full refund and said someone will contact me. I went on the mobile site and sent 2 messages about my issue stating i want my refund. Till now nobody has acknoledge anything nor contacted me. Im definetly not ordering anything anymore from this place because this is the second or third this has happened to me.
