When we entered the lobby no one greated us. After about 5mins of us being ignored someone yelled at us we'll be right with you. After about another 5mins a very polite lady came over to seat us. She apologized that the other two staff weren't seating anyone and ignoring everyone in the lobby waiting. Immediately after she started to take us to a table Liz started yelling at her for no reason. Liz kept telling her that they can wait and the lobby isn't a priority at the time. She was literally almost screaming at her coworker for doing her job. I was getting really mad at Liz attitude towards her fellow co worker who was trying to help. The other lady said just follow me and I'll seat you anyways. After she sat us at our table she brought us our drinks. She also said sorry again to us. Liz ended up being our waitress and ended up ignoring our table for about 10 mins. She finally came over and took our order. Food came fast but Liz never came to check if our food was good or if we needed a drink refill. We kept waiting for Liz to come back as we needed a to go container but she didn't. I ended up going to the hostess station and getting it. The shift supervisor also at this point was a disappointment. He asked every other table except ours how the experience was. Probably knew we weren't happy. I over heard Liz tell another table she's been there 18 years. She was so focused on that table the entire time she ignored other tables. If you been there 18 years you should have some customer service experience. Worst experience ever at this place and we've been there many times. I've never had Liz serve us before this point and I don't want her ever serving us again. Liz shouldn't be helping tables or interacting with customers or co workers if she wants be rude. I wish I had got the polite ladies name she definitely has great customer service skills and I wished she had waited on our table. It was unfortunate that the polite lady left after seating a bunch of people waiting in the lobby. She should have been the one serving tables since she clearly cared about customers.

I was made to wait 15 minutes before even being approached by any member of the staff that worked there. Then when I was approached by the manager, ( whom I had no idea was the manager) she took my order (to go) I was asked to sit and wait for another 15 minutes while she seated three more individuals. I didn’t said anything and I stood there for 10 minutes while she raised her voice at me and said I asked you to sit and wait. ( The lady behind me raised her eyebrows and mouthed OH MY GOD!) She seated the other individuals. I explained how my husband and I had been in the road for hours and were very tired but she but she did not seem to care ( I used to waitress and would have NEVER treated a customer like this!!)but she dod not seem to care. I had left the restaurant and went elsewhere. I then decided to go back to the restaurant only to express my disappointment in their establishment, to only find out it was the MANAGEMENT that treated us like this!!’ We had only returned to this establishment because of the kind treatment from one of their waitress’s but when when we asked for the manager and found out the individual we were speaking to was the manager) whom excepted no responsibility for her behaviour.
