The Cod fish and chips are really good! Crispy batter that doesn't go soggy even if you don't eat it right away and a large serving of fries. However, the pad thai was disappointing. The noodles and chicken were cooked perfectly and the fresh sprouts and veggies were good, but the sauce ruined it for us. It tasted like the whole thing was doused in sweetened, slightly runny ketchup, and you couldn't taste anything else. Not even the lime I squirted on top cut through the ketchup flavour. Really good food. I really like the vegetarian options. My first experience with them was when the food truck came to Osoyoos for the first Pride Festival at Gyro Park in September 2022, and my first impression was extremely good. Jojo and his team do an excellent job. Twisted Chopsticks is a great take-out option and a new favourite spot for my family. In the Summer we enjoyed the food truck with it’s excellent beach location. The food is always delicious, flavorful and fun. It didn’t feel heavy or greasy.
