3 Brasseurs - Grande Allée — Restaurant in Quebec

Where do i start. I just left and i would have to rate the service as close to the worst i can remember. I ended up giving a 5% tip because at least we got our drinks quickly.

The dish i ordered wasn't available, but that was ok, i ordered my second choice. 3/4 meals arrived and i waited until my wife had eaten half her meal before i had to get a server's attention to let them know i still hadn't received my meal. A bit of a scramble but they got it to me in about 10 min.

We had finished our meals and drinks at 8:28 and the kids were looking forward to the smores desert. I had to get a servers attention at 8:50 that we would now like the desert to go and the bill as my kids wanted to get back to the hotel before the pool closed. I sent my wife back with the kids while i waited until 9:14 to get the desert and pay the bill. 46 minutes!!!! and i stilll had to get a servers attention.

I opened the desert box back in the room.... and half the desert was missing (no graham crackers). If i checked the box before i paid and left the restaurant i would have thrown the box on the floor and put a big fat ZERO as the tip.

Initially we planned to eat there tomorrow night as well as the kids eat for $2... but absolutely not gonna happen. This establishment doesn't deserve our...

This is a hard review to write as we are here in Quebec during a major festival which closes down major streets as droves of people walk around. We were looking for dinner which would accommodate 5 adults and an infant, which tend to be difficult. This place was very helpful. While many restaurants were giving and hour+wait time we were in close to 10 min.

There was plenty of space for us in the upstairs dining room, which was great. Very loud atmosphere. We found it difficult to have conversations across the table, but with a loud baby, we didn't have to worry about disturbing others.

They servers were incredibly busy and had many tables each. This, of course, makes the service sloppy and inconsistent.

The food was actually amazing! I love meat while my sister in law is a vegetarian and this place took care of both of us. Everything was fresh and fabulous. It took almost an hour to get our food after ordering, but that is due to the season. Really enjoyed the food.

If you are a fan of beer, this is the place. They are a brewery and have close to 30 home made options.

Overall I liked it and would give it 5 stars if not for the long food wait times and over...

Hi Drink: we ordered the "Metre de Biere" which contained different beers' tastes (10 beers which were enough for almost four persons). But there are other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks too. Food: The burger was juicy, and the fries were crispy (According to my friend). The different dips and flavors besides the foods were super refereshing. Also, you can understand the freshness of the foods quickly. Environment: the waitress was bilingual, polite, and charming (a Chinese girl which I forgot her name :D - Sorry). There were sits outside where you could enjoy the summer vibe of the city and neighborhood. We preferred to sit inside, which was so comfortable and neat. The music wasn't loud or soft (quiet) - (an essential note because you can talk easily without being disturbed by the loud music). Final note: I suggest this restaurant for a lovely evening/weekend!
