(If this goes against Google TOS on naming employees, please tell me, I'll remove the pictures) I had gone in with some classmates since this location was specifically on a list of places for us to do a photography challenge (which for atmpshere points was VERY well lit with the natual light and we got great pictures there). I thought some coffee making photos would look cool, and my classmate asked the staff if I could take them. We were told yes (and to tag them on IG). So these guys went above and beyond to humor me when it wasn't very busy. Hope the photos look good! And my classmate who doesn't usually like coffee really liked the latte. During my recent visits to the Downtown location, I have encountered some rather unfortunate experiences. On multiple occasions, the staff, specifically the female employees, have inaccurately prepared my orders. When I brought the discrepancies to their attention, I was met with a hostile attitude from one employee who, instead of remaking the order, hastily added a syrup and nearly thrust the cup in my direction. Additionally, there was an instance where I ordered a London Fog, and to my dismay, it was the worst I've ever had. Staff listens to slander or heresy from strangers and instead of thinking the behaviors of the customer is strange (indeed criminal) they become verbally above. Wonderful I guess iys fitting to the name. I've never seen them treat other customers in the same manner and they won't tell me or the police what they heard. So rude awakening serves me right for not thinking a negatively named food brand would have an effect on the service, which makes me question the products.
