Me and my partner go out to eat alot. More than we should, always taking a moment to comment on the food. One such place, East side Mario's, used to have good food but the quality has noticeably gone down.

So when we went to this place we were blown away by the quality. You could clearly taste the difference in every bite.

The Pork Vermicelli had flavorful tender meat and the noodles tasted fantastic but weren't heavy.

If you like broths, try out the soups, not only was it sublime but you get a nice big bowl for the price you pay. The tea and coffee were such high quality, the whole time we were talking about how much we were impressed by the food and what we liked about each aspect.

We almost didn't come here, almost went to somewhere else but very glad we didn't.

After the meal, I told the owner that we would be coming back again and put in a good word about their restaurant,...

Absolutely SPECTACULAR food, service, atmosphere and dining experience!!!!!! Menu is under slow revision as the new chef (only been opened 1 week with new chef), so please consider this if service is uncertain of certain aspects.

Service was timely, considerate and warm. Very European in dining experience with attentive and kind consideration. Clean and organized!

Reasonable price considering we got 3 dishes to share among the 2 of us. We wanted to try as much as we could from this authentic menu!!! They also gave us a free tamarind juice, which was refreshing and different!

Food was VERY authentic, flavorful and high quality. Chef came out to speak with us and shared his heart and soul connection through food as he told us he was a chef in Paris and Vietnam.

Just spectacular experience!!!!! Really looking forward to seeing this restaurant...

🥗 Taste: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 👉🏻 I ordered the 'Pho' Beef, and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was clear, fresh, and had a subtle natural sweetness that made every sip comforting and flavorful. The beef was tender, and the noodles were cooked just right—easily one of the best pho experiences I’ve had. By the way, the size of the pho is big enough for an adult’s appetite 🍜🥩
