Food is an easy 5 STARS... BEST Thai in town. Server gets 3.5 she got busy, but only tended tables in order, so bigger tables got more service than smaller tables at the back. Service only gets 2 stars. We ordered appetizers as soon as we sat (in hurry and big tables were coming in). First one came out relatively quickly, but the second one came out after our first entree. She noticed this so she put our entree under the heat lamp on the buffet, until we got/ate our appie. Our second entree came out when we were almost done with the first one. Had we not been sharing, one would have been waiting and cold. I wish I could say that this was the first time, but the food comes out of the kitchen sporadically. Again, amazing food, good staff, but terrible service from the kitchen.

Siam Authentic Thai Restaurant is a gem of a place for anyone who loves Thai cuisine. The food is fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I ordered the chicken satay, the shrimp fried rice, the soft shell crabs, and the mango sticky rice for dessert. Everything was delicious, but the highlights were the shrimp fried rice and the soft shell crabs. The fried rice was fragrant and loaded with juicy shrimp, while the crabs were crispy and tender. The mango sticky rice was the perfect way to end the meal, with sweet and creamy coconut milk and ripe mango slices. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I will definitely come back and try the other dishes on the menu. Siam Authentic Thai Restaurant is a must-try for Thai food lovers!

This was our first time here, decent place. The food was pretty good. We ordered the Tom yom soup and drunken noodles. The Tom yom soup was very good. It had lovely flavours and a lot of different meats and toppings. This soup I would order again. We also ordered the drunken noodles. The dish itself was really filling. I also found it very sweet, a little bit too sweet for my liking. I don’t think I would order it again, but I would try some other dishes instead found in the dinner time menu.

I have dined in this restaurant before and it was with high praises… However, last night’s experience was beyond disappointment. A couple of friends and I visited the restaurant last night (September 15, 2025), we had a few dishes, the Pad Sew Ew and Pad Thai being the worst we have ever tasted in any restaurants before. When we were served our plates, the food looked so dead, but the most disappointing part was that it was exuding hot in the middle of the plate but the surrounding was cold and as we stir the food it was exploding in steam, proving that the food was microwaved. 4 out of the 5 dishes we were served was the same situation. The saddest realization in this, is that there were only 3 tables and 6 patrons in total being served that night, it was a really slow Monday night, if in that down time of a service, 80% of our food came out of the microwave, I could only imagine how much of the cooking is being done in the microwave during its peak hours. Although, service was half decent but the food was upsetting. Its really sad to see this restaurant lost its respect for the food they serve. Its impossible to serve authenticity when microwaves dominate...

I was told horrible things about this place but I had to experience it for myself. I tried to explain what I wanted and she told me don’t you know how to read... i said sorry I’ll get a certain thing. When I got my food it was tossed at me and stuff went all over the place. I said something and was told if I don’t like it leave. As I was trying to enjoy my so called food I saw a great big mouse run out of the restaurant. I tried to voice my opinion on the paper towel I found in my food again I was told if I don’t like leave and eat somewhere else. In the mean time there must have been commotion outside they all took off outside gloves masks everything touching everything outside and not changing gloves and cooking again with gloves they used outside touching the ground and such. I mentioned again about changing gloves being outside and they told me to mind my own business...

Having been to Thailand 5 times in the past, I understand what authentic Thai food tastes like. Siam delivers nothing short of amazing! Every bite reminds me of my trip to Thailand. The food is tasty, authentic, spicy, flavourful and hits the spot. The service is great too! We ordered 9 dishes and they came out within 15 minutes, all tasted amazing! The highlight of the meal is definitely the pad thai. It's stir fried in high heat so you can definitely taste the wok hay (wok flavour). We also love the shrimp cakes and the penang curryn Prices are very decent. Size is generous. Siam took the number 1 spot in my restaurant list in Regina (and my list includes the heavy weights such as Ginger Garlic, Memories) 5 stars for the food 5 stars for the service 5 stars for the ambiance All in out an...
