Updated!

I’ve been here for a while now and during the entire time, every single staff member has been absolutely amazing at helping my kids and I feel safe! We need that right now and the service, support & understanding is top tier. I have been telling my brothers about the service here and their bringing up the Travelodge Eastgate Bay as the hotel to go to with their clients at their shops! I can’t say enough how impressed I am with the quality of cleaning, service and customer service and support! I hope the staff sees this! Thank you guys so much for helping my kids and I feel safe and welcome! We’re going through a lot and we’re trying to survive and you’re all making it possible! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

My kids and I are currently staying here, every single staff member has been absolutely outstanding and gracious in how they handle our needs or communicate what they need to. All housekeepers here ask me nearly every day if I need towels or if I have garbage to be taken out, they ask about blankets and offer to clean the room constantly! I am just happy to have a review for a hotel that has strictly been amazing! Thank you to the staff at Travelodge Suites By Wyndham Eastgate Bay!! -from Heather, Amelia, Bella, Budgie, Madeline and Celeste! Will do more...

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience in this hotel. These hotel rooms ARE NOT CLEAN. I check into my room to find hair and brown spots in the bed, I don’t even think the sheets were changed. Brown spots can also indicate bed bugs. The floor definitely was not swept as there was chunks of stuff all over the floor. And the bathtub had dirt and hair in it, the sink still had makeup on it and hair on it. You could tell nothing was wiped down or rinsed. I went through two rooms that were given to me to find these conditions. The third room I was given had same conditions but the bed at least had clean sheets. With it being late at night I decided to keep the third room because I just wanted to go to bed. I had a horrible sleep feeling uncomfortable in dirty conditions and I changed clothes immediately after leaving hotel because I felt dirty and was worried about bed bugs. Those king bed rooms need a deep clean, the current conditions are completely unsanitary. I don’t know if you have a head housekeeper but they are not doing their job going through the rooms after “being cleaned”. I used to be a housekeeper and I can tell you that nothing on the list of what needs to be done, was done. These photos don’t even do justice for the nasty conditions of...

Unacceptable Experience – Room Downgrade, Noise Issues, and Spider Bites

We checked in on Thursday evening, and by 8:45 p.m. we had to change rooms due to extreme noise from the family above us... it sounded like their children were being murdered. After two noise complaints, the staff told us we had to move because the guest above had children, even though my mother has a broken ankle.

We were moved to a much smaller, non-renovated room that felt like a clear downgrade. The bathroom was dirty and not up to the same standard as the first room. That night, I woke up with three spider bites, which became infected by morning and required a clinic visit. An unexpected expense since I’m not from Saskatchewan.

The next night was quiet, but on our last night I woke up with five new spider bites all over my legs. The hotel offered 20% off our first night and one night free, which we appreciated, but it doesn’t come close to making up for the medical costs, discomfort, and overall poor experience.

Between the noise, the room downgrade, and the spider infestation, this stay was incredibly disappointing. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues so future guests don’t go through the...

We have been on a road trip for 18 days and this has to be the worst hotel we stayed in. Dirty smelly room, lumpy bed mattress, dirty sofa, dirty bathroom, bathtub made a loud cracking / snapping sound when you stepped in, filthy toilet Awful smell in the hallways and main lobby, Garbage bags full of garbage lined up in the hallways ( no wonder the whole place stinks ) It seems like they have long term renters in the hotel, people shouting and kids screaming late night. The girl at front desk in the morning checkout was very unfriendly, Worst breakfast. Check pictures of garbage in hallways
