Wally B's Jamaican Jerk Restaurant — Restaurant in Regina

The one and only Jamaican restaurant that prepared Caribbean food in a cozy little venue in Regina. If you look you have finally found a Caribbean eats and Mr Wally B cooks it to perfection. I had a very good experience, Wally him self came out to greet us and ask us how we found the taste of the dish. Service was quick and efficient we started with the Jamaican beef patties and had the OXtail with a side of Rice and red beans and coslaw.

Everything was cooked to perfection the taste was exquisite and the service was courteous friendly and fast and simple.

We will come again and bring my friends and family at Wally B a place with good vibe and good fun for a MeetUp.

Atmosphere and vibe is very nice and cultural. May be a bit too much for certain people at times as it is loud with the music in there. As for the food, tried the jerk chicken which for someone like me who hasn’t tried that much jerk chicken, I thought it was really good and so nicely seasoned. On the other hand however it came out super quick and kind of Luke warm which would lead me to believe they just prepare a lot of it and then microwave throughout the day/week. Me and my girlfriend also split a patty which tasted very similar to the ones we buy in box which in all fairness is understandable if they are the box ones considering how much time and effort it would take to make them all from scratch. Fantastic, Fabulous, Phenomenal, it’s about time that Regina had an incredible Caribbean restaurant! If you haven’t been here yet then I truly feel sorry for you because you are seriously missing out on an incredible culinary and cultural experience! OMG try the oxtail! Try the curry goat!
