YQR BURGERS — Restaurant in Regina

We ordered through skip the dishes this evening . Our order consisted of 6 very over cooked mozzerella stix with dill dip . $12.62 is way to much for such a small amount :( also had a big boss chicken burger , very over cooked and dry next to no sauce on it as well :( we got an order of onion rings I believe those were about $12 we received 8 yes 8 onion rings for that price all which were very over cooked crunchy and burnt :( fo finalize our order we did the buy a poutine get one half off , we ordered the crispy chicken poutine again chicken very over cooked burnt and dry :( and the baked pizza poutine which honestly was the best looking and tasting item out of the menu and we would still only rate it a 5 out of 10 as if was burnt to :( I’m not sure if this is how the food always is but I can surely say I doubt I’ll be wastin that much of my hard earned money again it’s very insulting to be served such garbage :( my children and I are very disappointed as we were wanting to try...

YQR Burgers or Western Pizza? Apparently, this establishment has two businesses running out of the same location, or they're using a second name to regain business. That's a huge red flag! We ordered yesterday, and both entrances were locked, but fortunately, a few Skip The Dishes delivery drivers were holding the door for each other. I saw multiple people struggle to find a way in this establishment to pick up their order.

Our recent order from YQR Burgers was soaking in grease. I understand that any type of fast food will have grease, but when the bottom bun is soaked in grease, and the bun is flat/falling apart from the weight of the grease, that is unacceptable. The fries were also drenched in grease and they were cold. Overall, the food was terrible!

I’m having a hard time trying to figure out why the rating for this place is so low. Every time I’ve ordered from here the food has been stellar and the portions are massive especially for their prices. Seriously; $13 for a delicious burger meal with fries and a drink? The burgers have great flavour, they’re extremely generous with their toppings, everything tastes fresh and they give you a MOUNTAIN of fries. Oh and none of it was greasy, not even the bottom buns. My only complaint is that the heat from the burger cooked the lettuce, so maybe order your veg on the side if doing delivery, otherwise everything...
