Dogshit customer service, asked the manager to have someone clean the table for me and she asked me if I could do it myself, when I said I’d rather have it cleaned by someone she wasted 7 mins of my time only to tell me it couldn’t be done and told me to clean it myself

Dogshit customer service Updated , went to place my order there cause I work at the mall and this time they refused to take my order.Now you must be wondering why right? It's because of the review I wrote last time. Management doesn't understand that this great country is called CANADA where people have the right to say whatever they have on their mind it's called freedom of speech, it's hard for the management to assimilate in the culture I understand. There needs to be some basic training provided to take positive criticism, how else will a business work on itself and get better, im not sure if this is a misuse of power on the management’s part or company policy. If not training then maybe a change of management but this needs to change , I’m also definitely going to raise this issue with the mall and AnW hq. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? But whatever I’d strongly recommend you going to Japadog instead, exceptional customer service. Not the cleanest always but they do...

Arrived at about 11:30, asked for a breakfast sandwich, was told they don't serve breakfast anymore -.- asked how come they have a lit up sign in the window that says all day breakfast then? Then they said that they can do breakfast after all... asked me what bread, I said a hamburger bun, they told me they have no more hamburger buns, why did they ask me what bread then, i don't know... I asked them what bread they're making the hamburgers on then? Was told "another bread" told them to give me whatever bread they can then, received it in English muffin, guess they are making hamburgers on English muffins then since they don't have hamburger buns, unless they are lying like when they said there's no breakfast, then decided there was, I mean I've been hearing people order burgers and they aren't telling them they're aren't hamburgers buns... this A&W weird as f. Need new workers that actually want to work, cause service today was ridiculous, having to serve all day breakfast shouldn't be getting the female with glasses and male employee at the register today this mad, or McArthur Glen Mall should just close this location tbh, not enough food options in the mall to afford having one with this...
