Customer service here is the worst. Time and time again I come back because I really do like Blenz beverages. More than half the time my drink has been incorrectly made.

In one of the occasions, I had ordered a melon berry iced tea without the lemonade as the lemon made the beverage too tart, and was charged as such. The barista who made the drink plopped it on the counter, and I quickly realized that the lemonade was added. No big deal, I'm a barista as well, just remake my drink the way I ordered it originally and I'll be on my way. "But I already made it" was what he said to me when I reminded him that I had ordered it with the lemonade omitted. I asked him if he would be willing to make it again. He refused, saying that the drink was already made and that I had to take it or leave it. Whatever, straight into the trash it went.

February 7, 2025 I was a regular customer in BLENZ Coffee at Richmond Centre but unfortunately, it will end today due to unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I was harassed by one particular female customer about my phone conversation being too loud. Only her as a customer complaining. I ignored it and turned it down a little. She came back to tell me in my face the same thing adding that I am being rude. I felt intimidated. When she left the coffee shop, one of the staff came out and told me it’s too loud. I felt I was not being treated fairly since it was no different from the volume of how the couple behind me were talking and the one behind them was having a video conversation like me. Plus there is music in the background. That’s pure discrimination and not a friendly and welcoming place. I hope they do something about this...
