They can never get my drink right. They always have an excuse, every time. Today was really bad @ 3:58pm. The black tea latte that I always get at other locations looks like the one in the screenshot photo. The drink that I got at this location looks like milk tea. I even told them before I paid to make sure not to shake the drink as to not mix it. I even showed the pic to the staff working there. I asked them what kind of drink is the one on the picture. They said it’s “black tea latte.” So I said, ok. They remade my drink and this girl said to me “we all shake our drinks” and then slams the drink on the counter. I felt so embarrassed infront of other customers. They all had an attitude. I wasn’t even demanding or giving them an attitude. I simply asked them and showed them my usual drink at other locations. If it’s not the same drink then they could have told me the correct one instead of giving me an attitude as if I was trying to rob them.

Today I was paid $6.00 in cash for my drink and a loonie fell out of the cashier's hand into a corner behind the stand - it was a small corner and I can't reach in as it's on the other side. I know the cashier saw it. Instead of attempting to get it, she just said "it's impossible to get" and held her hand out expecting me to pay another dollar.
I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous. Shouldn't this be considered a scam of some sort? No attempt even made to try and get it and instead I'm just expected to pay an extra dollar? Pretty sure they'll find it later and use it as tip? The delivery person only got 2 drinks and mentioned that I can check the CCTV from CoCo if needed to verify. I called CoCo after several times and they only picked up once. CoCo first mentioned that they didn't have my order but later insisted that they gave 3 drinks out to the delivery person without any apologies.
