Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond

I just went today to this store and asked for 2 slice for pizza one veggie and cheese. I asked server that if they have butter chicken .Cashier was very rude about it , responded we are not making it becauss we have so many order to prepare. I said ok , she said do you need any drink with your pizza slices and I said I will take 7up and before I paid I said please get me Pepsi because I changed my mind . She brought me 7up again . I said I requested for pepsi she gave me attitude just because I made her to change the drink for me. She showed attitude again and instead for giving that drink to me she put the drink by (behind) POS and after she did not even served pizza to me. Her other co worker told me that your pizza is ready and I said can I have my drink please and her other coworker handed over thr drink to me.

I just want to say that to the owner if they are working in customer service , please tell them what is the real meaning of customer service and provide better training as they get paid for that what they do and not giving away the stuff to customer also .

I could have been rude to her too but but I know the meaning being a good customer.

So many people are looking a job these days and they can do better then these girls who show their attitude to customers for no reason.

Absolutely the worst. Jenny who was at the cash said that even with an hour left till closing refused to make us a pizza. A simple pepperoni pizza. Said it was corporate policy and said that they can’t make us what we wanted. When confronted to speak with manager gagan said that she was but later turned out to be fake. Appearently Cory is the manager at this location. She said that corporate policy states that they cannot make any more pizzas and that we would have to take what they had left. Which was veggie, Hawaiian or Italian. But the Italian would be extra charge because it wasn’t a “classic” pizza. When asked why we had only those to choose from and couldn’t order another full slice they said they are already in the middle of cleaning up and couldn’t be bothered to make us one of our choice.
