Fusion Feast Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond

Disappointed in this place for cheaping out on their combo deal. They have buy a slice of pizza deal🍕 "with a fountain drink", which I normally have. The pizza slice/taste is mediocore at best, but get this; the cup they now give you for their combo/deal is now a "baby" size! Yup, you only get juz under a half a drink now. It is literally one of those cup sizes for a small child. I inquire about this & the polite server embarrassingly acknowledged.... it has "changed" & if I wanted the normal (small) size they used to offer, she would have to charge an additional 50 cents. So pathetic. By cheaping out and changing their original size, this is not a smart customer service move, nor business sense; considering there is another competive pizza stall directly...

My wife, 3 children and myself ordered 2 XL pizza for eating in and requested 2 glasses of water, the cashier named Rajini refused to give me a 2nd glass of water she claimed she was the supervisor was very rude and mentioned as per the management rules we can only provide 1 glass of water. After receiving the receipt we noticed the name registered as the cashier was Pinder, I’m not sure if the person was actually named Rajini or the cash register was assigned to another individual. Love their gulab jamun and samosas. The pizzs are 4 star for taste compared to pizzahut. But price wise they are cheaper than pizza hut. There might be some options that you'll like more. I haven't tried all of them yet. The staff is very friendly and they give you good options like combos, and discounts. They give lots of coupons as well for future orders. You can dine in or take away. There is a food section in the Lansdowne mall so you sit there and eat. The shop is right at the corner so it's easy to find. They sell cold drinks as well. You can also get it reheated or as it is free of charge. I would recommend veggies pizza for meal and gulab jamun...
