I picked a beef dish and the staff said “Oh this dish, you will only get half a box.” I was unhappy about it but sure I was hungry so l didn’t complain. The second dish I picked the fried fish. Same thing happened again! The staff told me that I can only get half of this dish too, as I was telling her my last choice (a veggie dish). I was so shocked. This is not what the deal is about. Let's start by saying that this place is flanked by two substantially better options for the same type of food. If that's still not enough incentive to pass on giving Golden Rice Bowl your money, maybe take a look at the photo I've included. That's a piece of steel wool that was mixed into my noodles. If you like mouth abrasions, bad food, and being shorted on your order (went for 6 PM deal, lady behind the counter only let me pick 3 items even though the deal said 4 items plus rice or noodle) Golden Rice Bowl is the place to be.
