Hey I am Yogost — Restaurant in Richmond

Now id been wanting to try this place for a while. And now i regret every moment and my very expensive fad drink. First off, the rude girl behind the counter didnt even say hello. When i said id like to get a drink but ive never had this before she sighed a little too loudly! She asked half sugar or regular, I didnt know what she eas talking about, so i asked is it sweet? I don't normally buy a drink with sugar added ..so excuse me if i dont understand. How does an establishment get new customers if their so snobbish that they can't simple explain the menu or their product. She was just rude...rude rude and ive nothing good to say about the product and rediculously over sized dumb straw, but maybe if the customer service was a bit better, i could have had a different view on it, cause id know what I was getting... She didnt say thank you, she didnt say hope you enjoy...she is not understanding customer service... Maybe hire people who arent snobs, unless of course you only want to serve snobs and even snobs wont put up with...

Excellent service and always being welcomed. Easy access lots parking. Comparing to bubble teas, I feel this is more healthy and worthy. Same price but yogurt! You could choose original , rice yogurt and fruit ones without sugar, and you won’t gain weight!!!! I like rice date and rose without sugar. If you like Greek yogurt, then try no sugar~ rice yogurt is more creamy and heavy, like Greek yogurt, than fruit ones, like Danone yogurt. In summer slush ones are so good! Waiting longer than bubble tea, it takes time to shake and blend “geek” type yogurt. I always order by phone and go get it. I had a bad experience buying a drink from this place today. I ordered a drink at the register and sat aside to wait, right in front of the pickup counter. I saw they made a drink that seems to be the one I ordered, but it was put aside with the online orders, and they didn't call my number, so I thought ok maybe it's not mine. I waited for about 10 to 15 minutes, decided to ask about my order, and it turned out it WAS mine.

The drink is best tasted within 30 minutes, yet it ended up sitting over the counter for half of that time. There were three people working but none of them thought of calling the number or checking with the customers who were...
