I was craving for mini donuts so badly. The one shop in vancouver was closed, so I was super happy to see Steveston Village has this mini donut shop! I must buy some before leaving Steveston Village today
The mini donuts were freshly made every day. There were different sizes, quantities, and flavours. I only love the cinnamon sugar ones which were the ones that I always had since I was a kid.
The customer service was great. They were friendly and efficient. I ordered the donuts, paid, picked up the donuts and left right away.
The shop was just a bit too small that it couldn’t have so many customers standing inside. Today (Sunday) it was a bit crazy inside. And the staff there couldn’t really handle the heavy traffic. A group of 5 customers were standing at the counter and debating on which flavours they were going to get. I felt a bit of annoying as they should just discuss their wants and needs outside and they should not make other customers waiting behind them.
Overall, the mini donuts were great. I would definitely and highly recommend others to buy them if they visit Steveston Village. It’s hard to find the mini donuts in Greater Vancouver unless you go to PNE, Rogers Arena or one...
Read moreWe went in today, on a beautiful sunny day where many of the people at Fisherman's Wharf were not wearing masks. My boyfriend was so excited to have me try these donuts. We asked for a dozen mini donuts and the young lady behind the counter told us to put on our masks. We were already inside your store for a long time waiting in line. When we explained very apologetically we didn't bring one she said "Oh sorry, you have to wear a mask." Seriously you're going to run your business that rigid? Have us go outside and just bring the donuts to us if you have to. When did serving a customer and making them happy depended on their good mask-wearing behaviour? Have some flexibility in your business because the giant lines at the ice cream and dessert places just next to you and down the street had people lined up out the door. Your place was comparatively empty when we passed by many times. I wonder why... So when you give the donuts to us and we open it and take off our masks to enjoy it inside your store in the seating area, that apparently is totally okay. But just because you have a "mask rule" for your shop means all logical thinking and customer service has gone out the door.

Read moreFirst time I stopped by here was yesterday. Had a craving for some mini donuts. The shop is located in Steveston, Richmond right across the wharf.
It’s a nice little spot with decor that reminds you of better times. Really clean and cozy.
There is seating available inside and outside as well.
They offer several different options for donuts ranging from your basic sugar sprinkled to the fancier variety with cheesecake and other confections.
I ordered the Bakers Dozen option which comes in a box and asked for a mix of different ones.
I was going to take this home but unfortunately for anyone else I devoured these mini donuts on the drive home.
Absolutely loved the Boston Crème, Cheesecake and Blueberry mini donuts. I will have to come again and try the others.
This one of those little gems the city has. I am recommending the mini donuts to anyone who hasn’t tried them yet or to anyone who finds themselves in Steveston.
The service here was great and friendly and prices are not bad at all. I’ll be coming back...
