When I arrived there was no one waiting in line I was the only person ordering so I didn’t think it would talk that long to get my 2 drinks but boy was I wrong. As I placed my order 3 people walked in and ordered as well Along with 3-5 people come out of there karaoke room. The people from the room got there order first. By time I got my order 35 minutes pasted and as they made my bubble tea they put mostly ice when I told them little to no ice. I wouldn’t be that mad usually but considering they ask how much sugar and ice you want in your drink I got a bit bent out of shape like why would they ask you how much you want in your drink if they don’t listen! Also when I got back home to enjoy my drink there was a piece of hair in it. All and all I was disappointed with this visit I usually get good service and am happy with the order but this time it was not...

#waffles #matcha #taro #mango & $25 later. It was okay, definitely not the best in the city. The waffles (5☆) the flavour is good, it was crispy on the outside & soft/fluffy in the inside. Mango w/mango jelly (4.5☆) was good with stong flavours. Taro w/boba was very disappointing (1☆), the ice was not fully crushed & the flavour was very very lite. The matcha (2☆) had a bit more flavour but again ice was not fully crushed & it lacked in flavour. On a positive note, the boba(bubbles/tapioca balls) are definitely fresh. Would I come here again? Tough to say, it's conveniently located close to my workplace but I'm not sure it's worth my $. If I go again, I'll definitely order the Taro w/boba in hopes for a...

I ordered online for delivery. The gong cha staff allowed the driver to walk out with the wrong order then waited until the moment my doorbell rang to call and demand that I personally speak to skip. Unprofessional. It was not our mistake, they are lazy and careless. Why should I waste my time???

But fine. I contacted skip on their behalf, had my items reordered with an increase in pearls for one drink.

What did I receive but the exact drinks I ordered the first time, that sat out for an hour. They messed up, made me do all the work, and they couldn't even be bothered to remake my drinks.

Will not be giving them my business in the future and recommend others steer clear as well. Shocking lack of...

There le would be riots in the street, no one would drink or eat anything else that wasn't oreo strawberry. The world would decend into madness, churches would burn 🔥 and the government would fall. I took a picture of the drink and my camera exploded, WORTH. That is how good the strawberry slushie was.

An awesome place for Boba and karoke, I got the passion fruit green tea with QQ and it was so good!! This is my second time going here for karoke and it's such a fun thing to do with friends. The karoke machine is slightly limited in what songs you can play. But that makes sense as the machine is a Chinese brand, so not all popular English songs are there (definitely make sure to read the instructions on the wall about how to search for songs!!). Though it's got enough songs on it for the missing ones to not be too noticeable, and for ones we couldn't find but really wanted to sing we just used the mics and played the song off our phones.
