We normally go to this location every couple of months.
I was disappointed that they no longer had milkshakes, even though they were still listed on the menu board. Jamocha milkshakes were one of the main 'go to' items we looked forward to there. They also no longer sell jalapeno poppers, although they may have been discontinued long ago.
I had ordered 2 regular roast beef and a limited time triple cheese roast beef blt. When I arrived home, they had given me 2 beef and cheddar and not regular roast beef. (receipt said regular roast beef) No big deal, mistakes happen. My daughter wouldn't eat hers.
As far as food quality, my bun was soggy and the roast beef was dry around the edges (?) BLT was very messy to eat. There was not much actual beef in my sandwich, it was all sauces and filler. The 3 orders of curly fries were cold. Overall not impressed.
The restaurant was empty when I went in with a single car in the drive through. I found this very unusual as it was a Friday at 6 PM. Eating area was clean.
We probably won't return to this location, although I would like to try somewhere else to see if the decline is chain-wide...
Read moreI've visited Arby's from time to time over the years and usually the staff is very polite and pleasant to work with. The wait time for orders is mostly hit or miss, but normally hasn't taken longer than 15 minutes for us, which isn't too bad as long as you aren't in a major rush. They generally don't screw up our orders and this time recently wasn't different. I am pleased with the new renovations in the restaurant, however the only two major downsides unfortunately is the humidity inside is borderline unbearable for dine in and I had to change my newborn son's diaper on our table since they do not have a changing table inside the bathrooms. I wasn't aware of this, so I wouldn't recommend bringing young babies for dine in if you need to change diapers. Otherwise, my husband and I have no other...
Read moreIt was very slow service and my sandwiches looked like my kitchen after the wife tried to bake. I guess you don't know my wife so let me explain. She doesn't know how to use flour so it ends up on the ceiling. I've never ate more egg shells in my life because why crack an egg when you can throw the hole thing in. If only they would invent something to control the heat from the stove maybe then I might get to enjoy a cupcake instead of a chunk of charcoal but with her as she said "its easy to fix just put on a bunch of icing" but somehow the dog ( actually the dog is a baby but not much difference they both eat whine go washroom and sleep) ended up with more icing on it then the cupcakes. Moral of the story, the food was a kitchen. No sorry the moral of the story is that the food...
