UPDATED REVIEW: I have continued to visit this location and the service has definitely improved. Everyone is very nice and the service is quick. I will continue to return.

Original: I've visited this new location 3 times since it has opened - unfortunately all three times my order has been wrong. Environment is nice and clean, location is convenient - great for downtown corporate office breaks in the day. Hopefully the mistakes can just be chalked up to the workers still being trained. I will continue to visit and hopefully the service gets better as the location gets...

Normally have a really good experience in here, but this morning was truly tragic. Cant ask for light ice or they won’t fill up your drink and if you ask them about it, they’ll get very hostile. And then, when you request your money back, they tell you can only get a store credit. Which we all know is a lie and then when you have to pull your phone out to keep everyone accountable. “The owner?” Another typical man of Sault Ste. The staff here are amazing, friendly and go above and beyond to take the time to help you choose the drink you need. They seem to really enjoy working together and with customers, welcoming us like family. Beautiful location in a hotel, it was clean, bright and had fast wifi.
