Stuff'd Ice Cream in Lakefield offers a decent variety of flavors, but unfortunately, the overall experience falls short of expectations. During my visit, the first thing I noticed was the staff bickering behind the counter, which created an awkward atmosphere and detracted from what should have been an enjoyable outing. It’s disappointing when the service aspect of a visit overshadows the product, especially when you’re looking forward to a treat.

The setup for service also leaves much to be desired. The layout seems cramped and inefficient, making it difficult to see all the options or make a selection without feeling rushed. This disorganization could easily be improved with a more thoughtful arrangement, which would make the experience smoother for customers.

As for the ice cream itself, while the flavors are good, the servings are surprisingly small for the price. Compared to other local spots, the value isn’t quite there. When you’re paying a premium, you expect to receive a portion that feels satisfying, but here it felt lacking.

Cons: Holy Batman did not expect to be charged $58 for a dozen doughnuts and two ice creams The owner scoffed out loud when her absolutely lovely employee gave us a little extra ice cream for buying their supply of doughnuts… not the expected pleasant and grateful attitude towards a customer that was so enthusiastic about the quality of baked goods. 5++. Amazing, wonderful, warm, humouring and gracious employees. Covid conscious and clean. The ice-cream is premium - the best since being abroad - the coffee, and lattes are delicious. I haven't tried the baked goods yet, but I bought a household's vacation worth based on what I mentioned above. They look and smell divine.
