Pros: Friendly & personable staff. Great location with inviting environment & service. Regular pizza breading & garlic Cheesy bread are great. (Partner said)

Cons: Gluten smart pizza isn't good at all. The crust is plain & chewy, almost like naan or flatbread with no taste/ seasoning. It's difficult to eat or enjoy because the pizza is so dry. Minimal sauce or toppings Price is not reflective of what is received. ($5+ extra for this gluten smart)

I feel bad for writing a review but I think it's important As it leaves room for improvement.

The other negative experienced, was ordering & paying for the gluten smart pizza and having it be full gluten. They were great at remedying this and gave a credit on our account which was so appreciated.

I stayed at a nearby hotel and due to it being late I decided to order from here. The person who took my order was nice however this place has very poor hand hygiene. Staff member was touching everything from cash till , counter to orders, oven to my pizza dough . When I asked him to wash his hand he did however he retouched the pizza dough and argued with me when I asked him for different pizza dough. I understand oven kills bacteria but hand hygiene is a big part of food prep. When attempted to explain that to staff member, he argued back with me and gave me unprofessional attitude. The pizza was great, the service was great, but we made the mistake of ordering through the app which doesn’t even provide the option to tip the employees. I had no cash on me so was unable to tip when I picked up, and ringing a tip through the till is apparently not an option as well.
