Bourbon Street Grill — Restaurant in Surrey

I usually don’t enjoy leaving negative comments. However, the customer service here was absolutely horrible. To a point where I ended up canceling my order. I asked if I could get more rice instead of veggies which shouldn’t be a problem. (Their neighbour restaurants all offer more rice, less veggies and vice versa). The lady that was serving me showed terrible manners by sighing, and flipping eyes while I asked the question. It did seem like she didn’t speak English as fluently as other workers might have. However cutting customers short like that and showing terrible body language shouldn’t be permitted. All she could’ve said was ‘No sorry’ and I would’ve been fine. I probably won’t return to this location.

p.s. they never show any sufficient customer service, e.x) asking how people are. they only ask rice? or noodle? for their convenience of serving speed I’m not sure if that’s their standard of business but that certainly wasn’t my standard in the places I’ve...

I had food in the take out container and they where waiting for me to pick one more. I sampled two items found them abit dry and asked if I could try one more before my last pick. It was loud inside so that justifies why they yelled back at me. "You had 2 samples already no more for you." I said I'm sorry I didn't do it on perpous. I'm going to get something. They said you hurry up. I said if you keep that up I'm going to leave. Then other people in line said you have food already they shouldn't be that way to you. Many stood up for me but I was Soo I'm shocked and just wanted my food. I said you know what forget it. Other people left there food too saying that's horrible customer service. I just wish the owner knew about this. (sad how they all jumped on yelling at me two two samples only except for this one tall guy who...

So today was the first time in a long time that I was at bourbon Street Grill in Surrey, like everything the prices of their food has gone up and in this case more than it should have based on the lack of food that they give you today. We used to always get a full container of food when we ordered at this location, however now it seems they are charging us more money and giving us less food. I saw the person ahead of me and behind me also not get very much food in there containers. I specifically ordered two containers with two different orders and the amount of food in there was at most enough for one and a half containers of yesteryear. I still like their food and the quality of it however I would not spend the money again to try and buy the food I'm not...
