Disappointed with Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with Jozo’s Bar at Blue Mountain. On December 26th, they double charged me $95.10. Despite sending someone in person with my card, receipt, and a photo of the double charge, they still haven’t refunded the amount as of today, January 2nd.

They initially promised to investigate the issue but have not followed up or taken action. Every time I reach out, they offer excuses about being “busy,” which is unacceptable for resolving such a straightforward issue. It should not take this long to refund money that was mistakenly taken.

I’m deeply disappointed with their lack of accountability and poor customer service. I expected much better from a place at a reputable resort like Blue Mountain. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend Jozo’s Bar because they made the mistake there is no apology or action taken despite the effort on my end to retrieve what...

I’ve loved this place so many times. It’s hard to not give them a high review. However, here’s what happened during my last visit that has changed my perspective.

I have an extreme aversion to pickles. I haven’t tested for an allergy but when I eat pickles I get sick for days.

I told the waitress about my “allergy” yet my burger came out with pickles. She seemed apologetic and replaced the burger. I took one bite of the new burger and knew it had pickles. I think I got a new bun. Then there was a dressing on the burger that contained pickles.

One bite and I felt ill for three days.

The burger sat on the table with one bite and the only comment from the waitress was to ask whether I wanted to take it home.

Really disappointing service after so many great experiences.

If you don’t have an allergy I’d give it a 4+ star rating. If you do, I’d stay away. They don’t respect...

The service was horrible. We got here & it was not very busy. All of our drinks took over 15 minutes, we timed each round.

We ordered a second drink with our poutine & the server waited until the poutine was done to bring another drink.

The poutine was ok. Once the top layer was gone there wasn’t enough gravy for the fries & they were very salty. The gravy was good though!

We had a round of shots. Another person joined our table so we asked our server how long another shot would be and she said our bar is busy and I have other tables. The bar was not busy, there were 3 people sitting at the bar and maybe 5 other tables.

During our time here, we went up to the bar more than once to get drinks as well as the server never checked on us.

Overall not a great experience. Very disappointed.This is coming from a server in the industry...
