One of the worst Ive experienced in Blye Mountains. This location was dirty, you have to wait to be seated but noone was there for atleast 5mins and noone acknowledged us while we waited. The seating arrangement is far from practical as some tables have seats that block adjacent tables from getting their seat out. There is one female and one male toilet.I had to wait in line, eventually told tp use male toilet. The service was inefficient, the soda was flat. While waiting to use the washroom in line, one of the servers took away our drinks from the table that were bought by another server only 2 mins before. We had to ask for our drinks. This young lady looked like had a cold and appeared miserable. The food was unappetizing but after starving all day and waiting that long we ate what we could.Disappointed. We had a neglectful server who didnt change the drink to ginger ale after being told it was flat. They brought pepsi instead but I couldnt bother asking again to get my drink back. When the bill came we noted a mandatory tip was added on to our bill that reflected 20% of what we purchased. So bad food and horrible service is acceptable when you force customers to tip by telling them they have to.I asked if this was legal.I asked if we were notified of this before we ordered or in signage.No. I read an article once that stated some servers /restaurants use sneaky mandatory tipping on bills for minority guests based on the assumption that they dont tip.I can only hope this isnt the case here.Either way it would be better if : *They are more transparent about telling you what they will try to force you to tip. *Make better food. The wings were more bread than meat. *Organize indoor seating with consideration for all guests. *Communicate with your guests in a friendly attentive manner and listen to their requests. When you force tips clearly you have no incentive to do a good job. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wild Wing, and I must say, it was an absolute treat for the senses! From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The extensive menu offered an impressive array of wing flavors, and each one was better than the last. The wings were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, and succulent on the inside. Whether I craved something tangy, sweet, or spicy, Wild Wing had it all. The variety ensured that there was something for everyone, catering to both adventurous palates and those who prefer classic flavors. What truly sets Wild Wing apart is their commitment to quality and freshness. The wings were made to order, ensuring they arrived piping hot at the table. The attention to detail and dedication to using the finest ingredients make a significant difference in the taste. The atmosphere was electric, with sports enthusiasts cheering on their favorite teams on the large screens. It was the perfect spot for a casual hangout with friends or a family dinner. Overall, Wild Wing exceeded my expectations, delivering an unforgettable dining experience. If you're a wing enthusiast looking for a place with a fantastic variety of flavors and an inviting ambiance, Wild Wing should be at the top of your list. I can't wait to return for another round of wing goodness!

They serve good, standard wings available with a good amount of flavours. My personal favorites were the Gar Par (caesar + parmesan) and the Caribbean BBQ Jerk. Wild Wing is perfect for big groups. They have a variety of Wings serving sizes depending on group size, and each serving (comes in a small basket) contains 9 wings. No plastic gloves were provided like in other wings places that I have experience with. They have a nice place with both indoor and outdoor seating. We chose to dine in being a hot summer afternoon day. The washroom is large and clean, but I do wish they have a washing area available outside where you don't need to open a door handle to access. Service experience was just OK. I always feel that the server was in a rush to get everything over with quickly. At least for a couple of times (or maybe three), she went to our table already ready and wanting to take our orders while we were still in the middle of deciding on the menu. Towards the end of the meal, she already was clearing the table and picking at empty (or seemingly empty) wings baskets while some were still busy eating. What I have come to expect as acceptable practice is to at least see if the majority is visibly done with the food in front of them and to still request the guests if it is already fine to clear some of the dishes.

I fully get this is a wild wing. I'm not looking for fancy dining. But when my family - 2 adults and 4 teens - went to this location yesterday we couldnt be more disappointed. I have to say our male server wasn't the issue. The female management and other wait staff however need an attitude check.

Beyond our food being extremely mediocre, (a quesadilla needs cheese to stay together) we waited over 20 mins to be seen by wait staff. We then asked for a pitcher of water to share as it was hot. We received a small glass bottle of water and 6 still dripping (hopefully clean) cups. Then nothing for 10 mins.

Ok it was kinda busy...

We order. We are now told our order would be longer than normal... Because we were a large group.... We are 6 people.

We are on the patio and it starts to rain. Our nice male server offers for us to move tables or open the umbrella. He helps us and other tables set up umbrellas.

Moments later a female server came out and was very snarky, accusing us trying to cause an issue as there is a big storm coming.... We shouldn't have set it up with our asking... Anyway, so we ignore the rudeness as our food arrived, we moved tables - at the servers original suggestion.

We eat, and then wait. And wait. And ask for the bill and take out boxes to that female worker. Nothing for 10 mins. Ask another female worker. 10 mins nothing. Finally find the male server... Had to be firm with him to get results. I want the bill please, I don't want to wait any longer.

Finally get the bill, and they added gratuity because we were considered a large group... At 6 people? Normally I would roll with it, even if that's a bit much. But....

I refused to pay this as they did not serve us hardly as a regular table let alone. I told them I refuse. He got a manager - I think, she didn't identify herself. It was the 2nd lady I asked the bill for.

She agreed after arguing about their policies to waive the gratuity.

I agreed to leave what I thought was deserved.

Now I wouldn't have even written this review until this point. Things happen... But as we were leaving my wife and kids all heard the female staff members bad talking my family, making fun of my wife's weight and accusing us of being difficult moving tables. As well as I was leaving another male staff member was very loudly being confrontational as we walked out the door because I didn't say thank you for his holding of the door. Obviously trying to pick a fight.

Perhaps the staff should communicate better amongst themselves to not leave their customers in bad a position. You are very lucky we just didn't walk out after being ignored for over an hour total time. I shouldnt be having to beg to pay.

I will be reaching out to the owner for the conduct of the staff and the comments made about my wife weight and trying to pick a fight when we just wanted to pay a bill for a very poor experience.

Poorly done wild wing. You can do much better especially at a...

I feel cheated.. Came here with my family for a vacation trip. First of all, the food was great. The service was nice at first but then it turned into a mess.

I asked for service but then the older lady told me to wait while she calls another attendant to serve us. Apparently she forgot about us and left us hanging for about 10 min. This is fine..

But then we ordered 4x (foursome) wings which was supposedly 4x9 pcs since our server specifically says the wings is 9 pcs per pack. So foursome is 36 wings. She said this very clearly. Well it turns out that we only got 32 wings in total. When we asks our server again how many wings it supposedly is, she then says 9. Again I ask her if it's counted by weight or pcs. She specifically confidently answered NO, it's by pcs not weight. So I tell her we only got 4x8.. She only replied "oh well yeah basically we're having trouble back there" Then leaves. This too.. Is fine.. We're about to let everything go. People make mistakes, we understand that. After all that we decided to not only letting it go, but also give a standard tip which is 18%.

But then our bill came. She then inputs the exact number for our bill (without the tip) but she cancels it Twice claiming the internet connection is bad. She then proceed to manipulate the tip while asking us to quickly tap the card claiming swipe and standard input will never work while hovering the device very high so that we cannot see the monitor.. After it goes through she then says "thanks" And quickly leaves. This is VERY SHADY and then my sister asks for a receipt.

Surprise surprise the tip was 20%... Not only she does this in the most shady way possible (by hovering the machine towards us and not allowing us to touch the machine at all) But also blatantly lying to us about the wings count while also manipulating the tip which should've been our right and generosity to give. It's a "tip" For a reason.. Not a mandatory service tax.

After this we came to the cashier to ask for manager to explain our concern in an extremely calm and civilized manner. We told them expecting they will change for the better.. The older lady then came and told us "if you have complaints just leave a google review".

My freaking God.. Way to ruin our vacation trip.. Never in my entire life have I encountered this kind of service. We're kind enough to let everything go.. But this is not how you reply to a customer.

My sister then says "No we need to explain this right now because it just happened." Leaving review will have no impact for you who works there at that moment.

Then the younger waitress came to us calmly and apologized. My sis very calmly explained our concern and she listens and refunds the tip difference. Mind you, this is not much, but the principle is there. You cannot let this happen. You don't want customers to feel cheated at all.

I have all the evidence including receipts, photos of untouched wings and recording of last...

Service so bad I'm impressed it's possible. I went with a group of 5 friends (including myself). We asked to sit on the patio, and they told us we would have to wait, which was not a problem. After 10 minutes or so we were seated on the front near the lake. The table was a bit dirty but my friends were shy and didn't want to mention it. There were about 3 other tables total filled in the restaurant (patio and inside). We were missing a drink menu, but we all decided on what we wanted to order. The server seemed to be missing for a while, but it was ok because we were all chatting for a bit. They eventually came back, to take our orders, where we asked for the drink menu. We all frantically decided what drinks we wanted so we could order - (FYI drinks were each about 10$+ if you wanted spirits). We chatted some more but 30 minutes later the server returned to say that our food was going to be longer than normal. At this point we were getting a little anxious because we were hoping to visit the beach before the sun went down. About another 30 minutes and the food arrives, but there is no cutlery. We ask the server to please bring some so we can eat. About 10 minutes passes and one of the girls goes up to a different server inside to ask for some because we can't find our server anywhere. We wait about 10-15 minutes to get utensils. By then the food is cold. The meal itself was very greasy. I got the chicken tenders, they were about 1/3 chicken and 2/3 deep fried breaded coating. The sauce was probably the best part of the whole experience. But it was so heavy I couldn't eat much. Once everyone was finished we were anxious to leave. We could see the sun starting to go down. We asked for boxes and the bills. It took our server about an hour before they returned with the bills. I was planning to leaving them a lousy tip and calling it a day, but when they brought the machine out to pay, they said because we were 5 people, a 18% tip would automatically be applied. When it came my turn to pay I expressed that I was not ok with paying that amount for the service we received. They told me, it's restaurant policy and they couldn't change it. I was not pleased but paid my 35$ (for chicken tenders and 1 drink) and left. We didn't get to the beach and I had a stomach ache later that night. Kind of a terrible experience all around. Go somewhere else. I hear restaurants in...
