Adriana’s — Restaurant in Tofino

While visiting Tofino I tried a sandwich and a slice of pizza. I had the prosciutto sandwich and a mushroom slice of pizza. Both tasted great but I bite down on a small rock that was in the pizza which hurt my tooth. I thought this was probably from the mushrooms got it out of my mouth and just continue on eating the rest of my pizza. I know that no one is perfect and this is not my first time having a small rock in my food I also had one in my salad at a fine dining experience, so I guess I just have bad luck.

Unbelievable quality. There’s an 80 year old sandwich shop in Chicago called JP Graziano, and as an avid lover of Italian sandwiches who has traveled extensively, I would have said they have no equal in continental America. Adriana’s proves me wrong. My favorite here is the prosciutto sandwich. All ingredients are fresh, flavors rich and well combined, flour as far as I can tell is home milled. This place is so amazing. 5 stars for vibe and food. The staff are so friendly and the food always comes quick. The foccacia is made fresh every day and really reminds me of authentic Italian foccacia. They also have a few authentic Italian drink options which i thought was nice. Really affordable option for Tofino. Pizza night is also a bonus nice to have some take out pizza options late night in Tofino. Breakfast sandwiches are also amazing. Could eat here every...
