This used to be my favorite sushi place, the quality is great and the price is awesome especially if you pay cash. however, I called in my order because their website wasn't working and a girl answered the phone, took my order and when I got home, the order was missing something. I called the restaurant telling them that I had ordered this item but it wasn't in the package and the girl who had taken my order said that i must not have said it on the phone correctly. I said I did and you had read it back but she refused to admit it. I told her I always order this with the restaurant and I've been a customer for a long time. Instead of offering a solution, she doubled down on the fact that I didn't order correctly and I got sick of having to explain myself and told her I've never had an issue with any online order but whenever I order with her (this is the second time) it isn't correct and in reply she sad "she was sorry I felt that way". The people who run this place are really nice but this girl whoever she is is probably losing them business, especially in this climate where costs have risen and most businesses keep customers coming back with good service. They would do well...

I can see why this restaurant has such good reviews. Ordered from in Uber eats last night. Delivery was fast, everything was fresh & delicious. The portions are massive! I definitely over ordered but to much sushi isn’t a bad thing!

We ordered the veggie maki combo c, sushi sashimi combo C, Tobiko & an extra miso soup. One combo could of fed both of us if we wanted a light meal. Fish was fresh, presentation was pretty. The Tobiko (my personal favourite) was wrapped up very well for delivery, didn’t spill all over the place as that normally happens when getting it delivered.

I know this is a strange thing but I really liked the container the veggie sushi combo came in. 100% saving that to use...

Despite the size, it's take-out only. They could have a few tables in there, but I guess that's not what they want. While looking at the menu, we asked about tempura and edamame, but were told they also do not have a kitchen. I'm not sure how they manage to have a restaurant without a kitchen, but ok.

We ordered the takeout and it was ready by the time we came back from our walk. We ordered 3 rolls and a seaweed salad. We couldn't tell the spicy tuna from the spicy salmon. The BBQ eel was good. The salad reminded me of a prepacked one I've purchased from Costco before. Overall the food was fine.

It's not a place...

Mostly takeout, with just a couple small tables you can use with your takeout (so no table service). Sushi and rolls available are good quality, but variety is limited and imo a bit over-priced, even for the city. A couple nigiri is going to cost almost double what you can find elsewhere locally. Good example is “variety” pictured in chef’s choice sushi/sashimi combo. It was nearly all salmon and tuna, which is not usual in these kind of combos, and also some of the cheapest options usually. It would be fine if a salmon/tuna lovers combo, but this was chosen specifically for variety.

I tried their combo platter and I have to say their sushi and sashimi to roll ratio is much more generous than most places at this price point and you get a lot of sashimi and it is very well prepared and cut. The size of the pieces are perfect. I preferred the sashimi and sushi it was much fresher. Some of the dynamite rolls were a little "slimy" and the shrimp was not great. But the fish was all excellent. They included miso soup in our delivery which we did not order but it was nice.
