The Burrito Bros (Richmond) — Restaurant in Toronto

Something unexpected happened that brought me joy, i live near the burrito bros eglinton location (i thought it is the only one since im new in toronto) i order from the app and selected the pick up option. When i noticed it was not the Eglinton location i called the store to see if they can cancel but unfortunately they couldn’t, and i was not going to pick it up from this location (Richmond one) because it was snowing i have no car, and was exhausted. Anyway i call the store to let them know i am not going to show up for pick up and they can give my order to someone since its already paid for. The gentleman on the phone asked me if i eaten anything, I told him no i will see what i can find at home ( I was not going to order again because i was tight on the budget) he suggested he’ll call the Eglinton location and see if they can make the order for me and i go pick it up from there (since its really close to me) I told him you don’t have too thank you, he insisted, he called them and got back to me and let me know to good pick up the same order from the other location at Eglinton at no cost. The burrito was as always so delicious and very generous portion and filling, as always. But the gesture was the most remarkable thing for me it made my day, and i will definitely go to Richmond location to thank the guy in person and eat there. I live very close to this location but had never been inside. That's going to change after today though because everything was AWESOME!!. I was helped by the young lady at the register, MP, and she was polite, helpful, and really friendly, gold star for her for sure!

I ordered "The Bro" burger. 99% of the time when I get a burger somewhere my opinion is: " something something something....but I could make a better one" This one was amazing though! In fact I regret adding any additional condiments because the bro sauce alone makes it great. It has the perfect amount of kick for it to be flavourful but not overpowering. If I wasn't so full right now I'd be walking right back to get another one lol.

Besides that; the menu appeared to have a ton of variety. Sandwiches, burritos, burgers, burger topping options id never even thought of but certainly am now! Even dessert!

I'd gush some more about how much I enjoyed that burger and my experience altogether but it would start to get redundant. 100% I'll be coming back soon and I know where McDonald's can shove their quarter pounders XD.

The best thing is they didn't KNOW it was my first time. What i got wasn't special treatment, it was the norm. I was just some guy, and anyone else who walked in would get the same. Yet here I am raving about it.

Update June 24 I'm lowering the score because the response the owner gave to my review clearly shows that they didn't read the entire thing or they have no clue what they're doing.

Came here with two of my friends, I ordered three different types of tacos and a cheesy fries.

Both my friends ordered steak burrito bowls with sides of chips and a drink.

After a 10-minute wait our food was brought to us and all of our main dishes were cold. And one of our orders was missing its sides but that was quickly rectified.

I personally enjoyed the tacos they look and pasted absolutely delicious however it would have been better if they were warm or hot.

I had asked for my tacos to be hot and spice level but upon arrival there was barely any kick to them.

I asked for hot sauce and they brought me there in-house hot sauce which tasted delicious and had a nice kick to it.

My two friends were not happy with their steak burrito bowls and only ate half.

My cheesy fries didn't have much seasoning to them so the taste was somewhat bland and the cheese sauce they put on which resemble Velveeta cheese was somewhat questionable.
