Customer service is terrible to say the least. Don't try calling, they won't pick up, and if you do get through, they will tell you they won't take a phone order if they don't have a line in store? Like what? (So you pick and choose when to take phone orders?). I guess they don't need the business, which is great to know because I won't be returning.

The last straw was today when I called in to order a burrito for pickup, only to get told by the gentleman on the phone to go online to place it (I told him I was driving), and then I was told that I can just come in to place it. Like what kind of service is that? Why does he think I called, to have a chat about the weather? Also, what if a group came in before I got there and there was in fact a line? What if I was in a rush and wanted to pop in quick and have my burrito ready? Hello... we are in 2021! What did I do, I simply called Burrito Boyz and placed my order over the phone and picked up my burrito from there. They, along with all the other burrito places, take orders over the phone and they were more than happy to have my business.

I would suggest you get with the times and adapt to your customers needs. You lost a good customer today. I really do hope you can treat your clients better in the future and listen instead of having no line and having the time to take a phone order, only to tell me to come in and place my order. That is TERRIBLE customer service.

Only reason I am giving 2 starts is because the food is actually decent, and I do at least...

Absolutely love this place, the food is good, fresh, the girls serving are great. There is 1 male younger server....TERRIBLE. Myself and 2 other customers walk in, a line was formed. The male server appears to be taking his SWEET time topping up containers that already have food in them. 3 grown adults waiting in line while this guy does not even acknowledge us, no hi, no hold on NOTHING. He yells out for the person in the back. Still not acknowledging us. By this time 7 minutes passes, 2 people leave the store and say "forget this". When it is my turn, I ask for the young woman, because in the past the male just messed up my order up....food was a mess. He tells me I have to come back if I want the girl to make it. FINE. I come back 30 min later. Once the girl is putting my food together, he interrupts her and says XX dont go in this taco - HUN...I was going to pay extra no biggie. Then he yells at her again not to add many chips for my salsa...yeah I ended up with 5 pieces of chips. FIVE. This server is HORRENDOUS. You losing customers over this guy. Bad attitude, not pleasant, just a complete ....XXX I basically only go when he is not there or wait for another server. I am debating on just switching to the St....
