Tried this place for the first time for dinner and was extremely disappointed. I expected the quality and portion size to match that of a typical Greek restaurant but this classic pita I ordered was the size of a Mcdonalds snack wrap. The lettuce and tomatoes were also not fresh and extremely soggy. Meat was a non-factor as it tasted bland. Overall a very disappointing experience and not what Greek food should taste like. I will not be returning.

We were greeted when we came in, and service was very friendly. They have spicy chicken skewers and a beautiful spicy feta mix, which is a first for me. The chicken had a slight char and was juicy, pulled apart nicely. Rice wasn't dry and was full of flavour. Potatoes were perfectly cooked. Salad and ingrienldients seemed fresh. Everything was delicious. The portion was just enough. I will be returning, its worth a try.

Ordered the chicken platters (spicy and regular), both came with side of rice, salad, and potatoes). Their portion sizes are good and it’s a good place for a quick lunch/ dinner. I did not feel the spicy chicken was way too spicy, probably the tzatziki on the top balanced the spice. Overall good food.

it’s quite sad to see how this place has just gone down hill. I used to enjoy this place before the owner switch over. Some of the employees now never seem to understand when I have asked something of the menu? They are constantly changing the menu and the portion sizes. One day you would go it’s one thing, the next its a much lesser portion size or a different thing. The manager had allowed us to do a plate with rice potato’s and a salad with a meat option. Now it seems with other employees you only chose 2 options of the rice, potato, salad or fries options yet I have seen with the following customer behind me, they have received the rice potato AND salad option no problem.. what happened to the 2 choices that you made me pay for when I had wanted exactly what the following customer had received? Very inconsistent and unfair in my opinion that some people are getting more than others based on what seems like a friendly returning customer relationship. I would have liked to receive the same gratitude as a returning customer as well. With the confusing changes, and now what seems to be poorer food quality, tasteless chicken for sure. I don’t think I have a reason to be returning anymore. It’s a shame because the place was once a good place to visit...

I ordered a chicken souvlaki plate and was honestly shocked at how poorly everything was handled. The staff was clearly in a rush to close, and it showed in the quality of both service and food. My plate came with an overwhelming pile of lettuce, a tiny scoop of rice, just two potato pieces, and two thin tomato slices. It looked like a salad someone gave up on halfway through.

I also ordered seasoned fries on the side, and what happened next was just unprofessional. As I waited, I saw the two servers fumble while seasoning the fries – the actual seasoning container fell into the fries. They both glanced at me nervously to see if I noticed, then started laughing. No one apologized or attempted to fix the mistake. When I went to pay, they shoved the fries into my bag without even closing the container, and it was drowning in way too much seasoning. Basically inedible.

The three servers (all girls with accents) seemed totally untrained in customer service – rushing through orders, laughing about mistakes, and showing zero regard for presentation or basic food handling. I get that it was close to closing time, but that’s no excuse for serving food like this.

Honestly, it’s no surprise this restaurant has low reviews. I won’t...

I WAS a regular customer, notice how I said WAS ...... Tried to have a bowl today and came home empty handed...... BECAUSE of the manager!!! Thank you, you are so very kind and I love my empty stomach.

Tried to have a bowl.... I asked for more salad than rice and got 3 spoons full of rice and a half of a tiny scoop of lettuce and 2 slices of tomatoes and a mountain of red onions, which I never asked for mountains. And this is where my experience went down hill fast as I saw that she was doing her own thing..... giving me what she wants........ and clearly not what I am asking for.......the paying customer!!!!

I'm so sick and tired of seeing others get tons and I mean tons of food, to where you can't close the lid properly, and I get crumbs and I get to pay the same. Not this time......

And no more crocheted acts of kindness being handed to this manager for other customers (but she used them for not what they were meant for) (and not one post on how great it made them feel, so I guess she threw out my printed slip which was inside each package.)

Calling Mr Souvlaki's head office is useless so this is the ONLY way I can let the rest of the world know if my...
