Churchill — Restaurant in Toronto

There seems to be a trend here with a certain bartender.....Last night went to Churchills, our party of 7 walked in grabbed some water from the self-service station and sat on the patio to have a seat as we normally do as we have been coming to Churchills for a couple of years now. Two members of our party went back inside to order drinks for the table but in less than 2 minutes one of the bartenders came outside on a rampage said that we were only drinking water and just said "out" multiple times. When trying to explain to her, we had others ordering drinks inside she called us liars and demanded us to leave but just again saying "out." Her treatment of customers can easily be seen by other reviews and should be addressed immediately. We had advised that we wouldn't be coming back again her response was a fake crying sound and that her feelings were hurt. Highly unprofessional and overall pathetic. Wow, showed up for my cousin's birthday after work... ordered birthday shots... was presented a bill before we could even cheers... wasn't even asked if I wanted a cocktail... paid for the round of shots and asked for a cocktail and bought the owner/ Bartender, Nancy a shot... which she gladly accepted... then for last call, Nancy had a customer kicked out, which was a little confusing because I didn't think he was out of line... then, I ordered last call and was declined service??? I don't know...I guess if you want to have a good time and support small businesses, don't go to Churchills 🤷‍♀️... and by the way, this review was written upon getting home...and coherently...I don't get it. Why run a business and ruin a good...

The worse place ever in Toronto. The guy at the door last night got up in my face because He said we couldn't come in after they let three of our friends in already and He said he didn't care was all up in my face and then this girl comes out of Nowhere (blonde girl short, hair in a pony tail) grabs my arm and tells me We had to leave and that she was closing the door and I told her that She is not supposed to touch me and she's like oh well you have to go. These people were so unprofessional and whoever is managing this place needs to go over routines and policies with their People because how they dealt with my friends and I, especially Myself was...
