Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! The staff were not only incredibly rude but also blatantly dishonest. I visited the place at night with my family, hoping to enjoy a small sweet treat. The kids were excited to try the strawberry Dubai cups, which we could clearly see in the dessert display.

However, when my children politely asked for one, the staff claimed they didn’t have any. I found this odd, since there were two visibly sitting in the display case. I approached to ask myself, and to my surprise and in front of at least eight other customers—they tried to quickly hide the desserts, right in front of us. I stayed calm and didn’t say anything at the moment, but it was incredibly disappointing. If they had simply been honest and said those items weren’t available for sale, we would’ve understood. But to lie so openly and then try to cover it up is completely unacceptable and disrespectful.

What made the situation even worse was the overall attitude of the workers. Every single staff member we interacted with was rude, dismissive, and carried a lot of unnecessary attitude. It wasn’t just toward us either—I observed how they behaved with other customers. When someone from their own background or community walked in, they were suddenly warm, friendly, and all smiles. But when it came to others, especially those who looked different or weren’t part of “their own,” the staff became cold, judgmental, and condescending. It was honestly shocking to witness such clear favoritism and unprofessional behavior in a customer service setting.
