I should have read the previous reviews, as I had ordered a custom cake for a birthday party. I ordered it 2 days prior, as per the website instructions.

Upon pickup, the store was dark and there was an employee sitting in the back. I walked in, asked for my cake and the guy had no clue what I was talking about. He just told me that the fridge was broken. I showed him my confirmation email and he looked confused but had no sense of empathy nor did he apologize. He called someone asking if they had accepted an online order and after the call just offered me some nondairy ice cream sticks. It was only a pack of 6 and I had ordered the largest cake size because I was attending a birthday party for 30 people. What is 6 pieces of ice cream going to do for me?? He kept telling me the fridge was broken and I stood there angry because this should have been communicated earlier rather than me just showing up expecting to receive my cake. No apology, no sense of guilt or remorse.

I’m so glad I did not pay beforehand but I still feel cheated. I ended up having to rush to Baskin Robbins to get a pre-made cake. THIS STORE NEEDS TO GET SOME SERIOUS MAKEOVER AND NEW MANAGEMENT. This is horrible customer service and I don’t know how they are still standing.

I will leave another review on the website to ensure they do not allow other people from ordering from this location.

Just like the other reviews said, this dq store is never opened. Went here twice with my girlfriend. Once was on a Friday after work around 5 and the other was today during lunch time. Last time we went it was closed early even though the store sign says it’s opened till 10pm no workers inside. Today we went, we saw a few workers inside the restaurant. They gave us hand gestures indicating the stores closed? I doubt the ice cream machine is broken cause a lot of other recent reviews claims this store is closed very early and the owner is not aware of this?! I feel like the workers are doing a side gig inside this restaurant cause it’s been happening way too often, absolutely unacceptable. This store should be closed down if it’s just taking up space and refusing to open to serve customers!!

Oh and I tried calling the store and there were no answers many times despite workers clearly inside. It’s like they’re treating the customers a joke or non existent!

Apparently one of the reviews claim this DQ has not paid rent in many months and is closed down. This store should be updated about its status to prevent wasting...

Horrible management. I ordered a ice cream cake 4 days in advance and called the day before to confirm a pick up time, which was for Noon on Friday, Jan 13th. I arrived at 11:55am and waiting outside in the cold until 12:23pm before someone came to open the store. When confronted, the two workers said that they had been open since 12:10pm, which was obviously not true as I was right outside of their store. When I asked for a management phone number to inform them, I was met with "we do not have a manager at this location". When I finally got the owners phone number, I was met with rudeness. The owner, "Mo?", said that he checked the cameras and that his employees were correct, even though I was standing right outside, and proceeded to hang up on me.

The cake's icing was all over the container and they couldnt not correct without the cake maker there. Overall horrible experience, do yourself a favor and get a cake somewhere else, its half the size it use to be anyways (not specifically this stores fault, but...
