I went to a Blue Jays game with my father on August 26, 2017. We live in St. Catharines and this was our first time driving to Toronto for a game. Wanting to avoid a long walk, we parked at the Plaza Garage Lot#344, next to the Roger's Centre. My father is in good shape for an 89 year old man, but, we hadn't considered that a multi-level parking garage would not have an elevator. There were no signs outside of, or leading into the garage, that stated that there wasn't an elevator. It was quite a struggle having to climb up and then down the steep, narrow and dimly lit stairway. A number of people stopped and asked if they could help. Thank you to them. There were a number of other older people having difficulty on the stairs. If you have mobility issues or issues with vision, this is definitely not the place to park. It is a shame that not all facilities used by the public are made accessible to everyone, especially this day...
Read moreFound this parking garage when I was searching for parking rates around the rogers centre. The entrance to this location is not hard to find, however, depending on the time that you enter the garage, it might be difficult to find a spot even though there are multiple levels. Once you park, just find a closest meter to purchase your ticket and leave it on your dashboard. There are multiple green doors to exit. But I have yet to find the same way back in. Once you exit, it is a one way door where there's no handles to open the same door. I paid $6 for an hour worth of parking on a weekday, which I feel is reasonable around that area with no events happening. If I am ever back in the area, I would park there again. Just hope there would be more of a guide to which doors will lead to where above ground and which doors to take to enter back into the garage closest to my...
Read moreI recently had a very frustrating experience with IMAPRK. I paid for parking through online, received a confirmation of payment, but later received a parking ticket anyway. The email clearly showed that my payment was processed, and the displayed parking time was valid, yet I was ticketed for "no payment."
I immediately contacted customer support, and they gave me the option to dispute the ticket from their site. If you're going to use this parking service, be prepared for potential headaches by giving tickets without any violations and time-wasting. It's hard to trust a service when errors like this are not addressed promptly. Until they can improve their systems and customer service, I can't recommend this...
