Read moreGharoa was a great place 5 years back. As it has become popular, several issues have surfaced; the main one would be behavior and talking style of the front-desk staffs need improvements. The gentleman there doesn't like all customers, and talks really rough. Before, Bhabi (The owner lady) with her warm words and behavior made the whole experience very pleasant. Food: The big size veg samosa were the best, available here in the whole GTA. But they are stopped now, we miss those big veg samosas. The new small veg samosas have a smell and taste that spoil it. Pakodas are simply great, veg Bombs are good too. Pianjis are too hard. Meat samosas are good addition but Chicken samosas are too dry. Chicken Keema Chops are just spicy without the taste. It will be great to have Beguni, Fuluri and Nimki, am sure many others will support the idea. The fish curries, Chicken Pulav and other dinner dishes have lost quality lately. It will be great to have the initial quality of the rahu-catla curry.
Overall, you can understand that Gharoa has a good variety of Bong snacks. So you should try out few...
Read moreone of the women cashiers is an absolute menace lol. sheâs so rude & itâs happened multiple times. for example you can be in line but she will purposely skip you and ask the man behind you what they want (this happened multiple times idk why she refuses to serve women first lol). another time she took my fuchka order, never made it or passed the order along to the back, made us wait 20 mins while she laughed and joked around with the other staff, when her co worker finally asked her about my order (AFTER 20+ mins of us waiting) she didnât even bother making eye contact and acknowledging me, just told the other staff âoh i forgotâ? wow. also, the fuchka is also salty enough to possibly send you into renal failure if you have more than one, when i politely gave her feedback she said âya⊠i kinda like my food a bit saltyâ?? WOMAN? you are making food for REGULAR people, your customers do not need to be tortured with your bad tastebud choices. please train her properly or donât let her interact...
