Avoid this location! Walked into an empty serving area today, and thought excellent no one’s here. It took five minutes before they even acknowledged I was there and somebody came. The person in the back cooking saw me and made no effort to call anyone. I ordered an original burger and a small fries then she handed me a cup. I said I didn’t order a drink. Then she refunded me for a drink (a bunch of change, when I paid by visa)? when my hamburger came I said where’s the fries she said you didn’t order fries, but there were fries on the rack ready ? so then she charged me another $3.77??? Meanwhile, there were still fries sitting there getting cold, which, after I told her about, she finally came over and put in the bag. No apology no nothing last time I ever visit this location and I have been a long time customer. Maybe you should train the people you hire! Read moreFirst off the lady at the cash register proceeded to take my order and processed my order even before I finished saying my order so now she had to verbally communicate what I wanted with my order at this point the restaurant wasn't very full there was probably for customers after about like what seemed to be a 15 20 25 minute wait the restaurant proceeded to pack with about now 20 customers because of the bad service so I also had told them that I wanted my food on whole wheat buns which never happened and then they proceeded to say they didn't have it so I proceeded to tell him what I wanted on my order and I had to repeat myself 3 times because the lady that was taking orders didn't have a good command of the English language at this point I got fed up and I'm a very patient person I brought the order to the person that I ordered it for where they proceeded to tell me that their food was overdone black never coming...
Read moreUnfortunately ..it’s my twice time i had a bad experience with Harveys at Kingston and Lawrence.Today also i went there and order my food to eat and i grab my scene card with me and having enough points to pay by it ..and i told them twice as they did the same mistake earlier also by not paying by scene card that but again this time they just make a bill and haven’t pay by my scene card.This was happening second time with me today and moreover last time i remember I ordered bacon double cheese but i told them that I don’t want bacon in it but that time also they haven’t heard me and put bacon in my food and my order was also not completely given to me as they forgot to give onion rings ..Last time I haven’t put any review as manager felt guilty that day but it again happen today with make me helpless to gave a bad review for them.I don’t wanna come here at this...
