I recently had the pleasure of visiting Harvey's and experiencing exceptional service from one of their employees, Jolan. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, it was clear that Jolan was a standout worker who took great pride in his job and genuinely cared about the customers he served.
Jolan greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly hello, instantly making me feel welcome. His positive attitude was contagious, setting a pleasant tone for the entire dining experience. As he took my order, Jolan was attentive and patient, ensuring that every detail was correct. He took the time to answer all my questions about the menu, providing helpful recommendations and insights that showed his deep knowledge of the offerings.
What truly set Jolan apart was his exceptional interpersonal skills. He had an uncanny ability to make each customer feel special and valued. While waiting for my meal, I observed Jolan interacting with other patrons. He engaged everyone with the same level of enthusiasm and respect, whether they were regulars or first-time visitors. His genuine interest in each person's experience was evident, and he went out of his way to ensure that everyone felt satisfied with their visit.
When my order was ready, Jolan personally delivered it to my table, a gesture that was both unexpected and appreciated. He made sure to check if everything was to my liking and asked if there was anything else I needed. This level of personalized service is rare in fast-food restaurants and spoke volumes about Jolan's commitment to his job and his customers.
The quality of the food at Harvey's was excellent, as always, but it was Jolan's service that made this visit truly memorable. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction elevated the entire dining experience. He ensured that the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and he promptly addressed any issues that arose, all while maintaining his cheerful demeanor.
Beyond his professional duties, Jolan exhibited a genuine kindness that left a lasting impression. During my meal, he made an effort to check in on me and other customers, striking up conversations that went beyond the typical small talk. He had a knack for making people feel comfortable and valued, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the restaurant.
One particular interaction stood out to me and showcased Jolan's remarkable character. A family with young children entered the restaurant, and it was clear that the parents were exhausted and a bit overwhelmed. Jolan immediately stepped in to assist them, helping the kids choose their meals and offering the parents a moment to relax. His patience and understanding were evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure that the family's dining experience was enjoyable. Watching this interaction, it was clear that Jolan genuinely cared about making a positive impact on those around him.
Jolan's exceptional service did not go unnoticed by other customers, either. Throughout my visit, I heard several patrons express their appreciation for his efforts. Many commented on how rare it was to find someone so dedicated and passionate about their work, especially in the fast-food industry. It was clear that Jolan had built a strong rapport with the local community, and his positive reputation was well-deserved.
As I finished my meal and prepared to leave, Jolan made a point to thank me for visiting and wished me a great day. His sincerity and warmth were genuine, leaving me with a positive impression that I carried with me long after I left the restaurant. It is rare to encounter someone who not only excels in their role but also goes above and beyond to create a positive experience for every customer they interact with.
In conclusion, my visit to Harvey's was made truly exceptional by Jolan's outstanding service. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine care for...

This review is based on 2 dine-in experiences. On both occasions, staff were pleasant and polite. In particular, the staff at cash was very helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed to be the one maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant - that person needs a raise! The place has a nice community vibe about it.
Food is as you'd expect when you go to a Harvey's: burgers are made fresh on the grill. Choose your choice of toppings and condiments on your burgers. Fries and onion rings are always tasty (portion sizes are small - this is what you get with their combos). Food items shown in the images include their original burger (no cheese), onion rings, fries, and gravy. We opt for water instead of the soft drinks.
One thing of note, and this is no slag on Harvey's directly but to fast food chains in general - font choice on the menu is small so it's hard to see your options unless you get up close and look. Also, for anyone who doesn't like cheese on their burgers, you can get them without and the price is lower. Menu, at the time that we went, was set up with price points showing combos with cheese on top. Just a friendly FYI and hope that helps a fellow customer.
Store seems well maintained overall. Would readily go back again when I'm...

The cashier acknowledged my entrance into the restaurant as it was empty but then took a consider amount of time before asking me for my order.
Next, I saw that there was a "Feed the Family" deal on the menu board. I was going to buy those items for my family on their own and this deal seemed to match want I wanted, great! Wrong. The cashier did not know anything about that deal and after a brief consult with another staff member she said I needed a coupon (even though there is no mention of needing a coupon on the menu board). I politely questioned the need for a coupon (since I didn't have one) and was met with unnecessary attitude so I ordered something else as I knew it would have been a trivial.
The final straw was when we were having the burgers loaded with condiments. When it came to being wrapped, everything fell off the burger into the wrapping. The staff continued to wrap it and was about to put it in the bag even though she saw the mess, so I asked for a new wrapping.
The meal ended up being alright but the service was atrocious. I should have just gone to McDonald's...
