Mac's Sushi — Restaurant in Toronto

One of the Bengali workers in your store started talking to my fiance and he would smirk and stare at her in a very creepy way. This was the first interaction. Yesterday was the second time she went and she only went because she noticed he wasn’t working. However as soon as he noticed she was there he came out from the back to greet her and gave her an extra discount and being overly generous and kept staring at her in a very creepy way, again. He started asking her questions and speaking to her in Bengali, trying to drag the conversation as much as he could even though she wanted to just leave. He then came to her workplace and told her he’s going to come to give her sushi when she is closing even though she repeatedly told him ‘no I don’t want it please don’t come here’. He still showed up when the gates of the store were closed and still kept persisting in giving her free sushi even though she was very clear she did not want anything from him. I am absolutely stunned by this type of behavior from your employee… This is harassment and stalker behavior that should never be tolerated in such a professional setting. I am worried about my finances safety now as she is being stalked by this guy. Is this the type of behavior that is encouraged in this...

I’ve never had an issue with Mac Sushi. Always fresh, I go around lunch time. Not necessarily looking for the after 5pm special.

Salmon is always buttery - they use fresh fish allll the time in my opinion & Spicy salmon roll is so flavourful.

I have a better time with Mac Sushi over some of my typical sushi restaurants. I hate thick cuts of salmon so Mac Sushi knows that they are doing and knows how to cut a decent piece of fish for eating.

The customer service is always great, I’m never rushed, the attendants are patient with me and so kind.

I have my go to spots to get a nice snack at the STC and Mac sushi is one of them. The price is also decent for me. No complaint on pricing. Also...

Terrible sushi. Got their most expensive sushi roll at $17 for a single roll. Tasted funny and weird. Like 3 day old tempura shrimp, and slices of salmon so thin you can see through them. The whole taste was just bad. I am someone who can even tolerate gas station sushi because I love sushi! I couldn’t eat more than 3 pieces of this roll. had to stop because the taste was so off, I felt like I was risking my health.
