On my bucket list for a while now has been Machi Machi for its aesthetic beverages and little shop! In all honesty, this was mainly a "one time, do it for the 'gram" visit since their store is a big trek from where I live, topped off with the fact that this one drink costed me $8.10 plus tax. I ordered the FRESH STRAWBERRY LATTE WITH PANNA COTTA. I'm not usually a strawberry drink kind of girl, but this was one of their top 5 and with the price point, I wanted to opt for a unique beverage that I can't get elsewhere. I loved the panna cotta which was perfect in terms of sweetness and unbelievably smooth to drink. The strawberry latte itself was flavorful and you could tell it was made with real strawberries (you'd even occasionally slurp up some seeds)! Despite its fixed sugar and ice level, it was good for my liking. All in all, a well-made and tasty drink, but too high of a price point for another purposeful visit. Service was friendly with many thank yous throughout the experience. The shop was very aesthetic to the eye and decor was extremely cute. From a quick glance, the store looks clean and tidy. I just wished they turned the music volume down as it was extremely hard to hear them call out the drink numbers, especially considering their store layout - you aren't able to clearly see the drinks that are ready from the waiting area due to the way the counter is facing. Definitely a very busy hot spot with people flooring in, one after another! This is interesting to see, especially since this is a plaza loaded with other bubble tea shops and desserts. Waited 40 mins on a Sunday afternoon during a long weekend. Had no expectations for this place, and only lined up because we saw that there was a lineup. Was intrigued by the shampoo-bottle style drinks. Had a slightly more interesting menu compared to the usual bubble tea chains like Chatime. Gimmick is definitely the limited bottled drinks (there was a sign saying only 120 bottles are made a day and every customer is limited to one cup beverage and one bottled beverage). Watched the employees mix drinks for a good 10 minutes and appreciated their tidy stations, and efficiency. Everyone knew their jobs, and there wasn’t yelling or cross-talk. Saw that they used real Natrel cream, a soda stream, and fresh fruit. Whatever issues they had during opening, has probably been ironed out for the most part. They did get one of our drinks wrong, but quickly remade it and it tasted very fresh and flavourful (strawberry slush with cream foam). Would come back for more fruit drinks for sure. Oolong tea was also very concentrated and flavourful, did not taste like it came from powder or artificial flavouring. Fizzy passion fruit jasmine tea was also refreshing and delightful; did not taste artificial or watered down. Worth the 40 mins wait, but not the 2 hours some other reviewers have claimed. It was pretty stuffy inside as well, with all the rail lights and over 40 bodies packed into a narrow store space though there were high ceilings. Liked their aesthetic a lot.

I’m sure you have already heard about the lineups, and they are true. We came here yesterday during Thanksgiving, and despite the store been opened for a bit now, there are still lineups. We waited around 30-40 mins in total from the lineup- receiving our drinks. A heads up is that they only sell 120 of the bottles drinks per day, so if you want the bottle, it’s best to line up earlier before lunch. I believe there was also a one bottle per customer policy as our cashier was ensuring there were 3 of us when we ordered. The store interior is very cute as there’s a lot of spots to take photos. There is a very small seating area so the chances are slim if you want to dine in with your beverage. We got their Black MT w/ Panna Cotta & Strawberry Latte w/ Panna Cotta. Each bottle is around $8, and despite the bottle looking cute, it’s a bit expensive for just a plastic bottle in my opinion. The strawberry Latte tasted pretty good despite my speculations of mixing cheese in it. It’s definitely different from the regular milk tea which is what I like. I might come back again in the future if the lineups go down, but for now, I’ll just skip coming here. IG: Ayenomz

I visited here almost a month ago and it was my fifth visiting. On first time, a asian girl accepted my order. She was so calm and good customer service. And, I expected the same good quality customer service and visited again BUT!!!, since my second visiting, I found one of the staffs is VERY RUDE and she almost yelled at me. It wasn’t the first time meeting her. Since I tried black milk pana cota, I wanted to try other drinks. So I visited 4times more! But I saw her almost everytimes and she got accepted my order two times. She is unprofessional. I asked adjustments of sugar. She tried say something and I couldn’t hear her properly because they have the shield between cashier and customers also her pronunciation was not clear. She started to yelling at me because I did not understnad what she said. I was VERY upset. I think she also realized it. It was my first time to see her. On second time she got my order, honestly I wanted to avoid her. I love here’s drinks but did not want to even talk to her because of the bad memory with her last time. So my friend did ordered instead of me. Her behaviour was not changed. She was so rude and I am even not sure if she knows how to respect customers. She was also rude at my friend as well. So disappointed. I’ll never go here. No more...
