This is NOT a quick bite before your flight kind of place. The food takes 20+ minutes to come out, so if you're hoping to sneak one in before you board you are better off bringing food through security. However.... I was VERY surprised when the food finally came out. -Junction Flatbread was great. The flavors balanced well, it looked appealing, and the crust had just enough crunch but no burn. -416 Burger was your normal bar food kind of burger. Nothing overly exciting, but a solid meal. Lettuce, tomato, onion were light. It was mainly burger cheese and bun. But cooked well and the cheese was still melty (not gross and cold). It comes with chips (not fries, actually chips). Cost was about what you expect from airport food ($34 CAD for the burger and the Flatbread).

I usually try a local draft beer at every restaurant I go to, but I watched the server fill someone else's. There is a TON of extra foam coming out of the draft (that the servers pour off and then refill). That is a red flag for me. Ton of foam = flat beer.

Overall, the food was great. It is a good spot if you have a long wait before your flight. Otherwise, they sell baked goods (muffins, breads, etc) and coffee/tea that can be grabbed on the go.

Servers are polite, but it seems like they only had 1 guy to take orders, run drinks/food, clear tables, and close bills. I saw a lot of customers grabbing menus from other tables. Even saw one guy have to grab the water he asked for because the server set it...

Surprisingly impressed with the dining experience at Billy Bishop Airport! Whether you’re arriving early for a flight or just landed back in the city, the restaurant here is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and much calmer than what you’d expect from a typical airport setting — definitely a more relaxed vibe than Pearson.

The service was fast and friendly, and the menu had a solid variety of options, from grab-and-go items to full meals. I ordered the [insert what you had — e.g., “chicken club sandwich with sweet potato fries”], and it was fresh, flavorful, and portioned perfectly for a pre-flight meal. Coffee was strong and hot, and they had some decent local beers on tap as well.

Prices are a bit on the higher side, but that’s expected at any airport — and honestly, the quality made it worth it. It’s a great place to fuel up before boarding or to unwind while waiting for arrivals.

Would absolutely eat here again next time I’m flying out of Billy Bishop. A great way to kick off (or...

Horrible experience and recommend to AVOID Server assured me that the food would be available in 5 minutes and that it was wrapped in hard plastic container to take on the plane if I didn’t finish it. I was really skeptical but starving. It took 20 minutes and I had to run for the gate before it closed. They put in a soft paper box. The dressing seeped through and spilled all over me and my very expensive carryon bag and all over my hands. I had to scramble into my seat with all this ick dripping everywhere. I was absolutely mortified. I smelled of dressing the whole way to my final destination and had to find time and pay for a new pair of jeans. Obviously didn’t get to eat a single bite of the flatbread because it had to be thrown to avoid further mess. It looked gross anyway. Really disappointing considering it is a busy airport predominantly used by frequent flyers. I only hope the drycleaners can clean my bag. $30 wasted. ...

I ordered a medium Earl Grey Tea. The cup was piping hot and filled to the brim. I did not know this as it was covered. When I tried picking it up to go put some sugar, the cover came off, and the hot beverage scalded my finger. I tried to get the attention of the staff but she was busy. I walked away. The pain persisted, and my finger was visibly red and swollen. I went back and told the staff that they needed to warn customers or put a sign up somewhere to let customers know how hot the beverage is. She was clearly upset at my suggestion. In response, she told me that I should have known and the water comes straight from the machine piping hot. I asked for ice, which she reluctantly gave. I am so upset and in a lot of pain. My flight is about to leave, otherwise, I would ask for the manager.
