I needed to get a key cut. As the key is a bit particular, I asked the guy he could do it.

Then he went ahead and cut the key without listening/answering my question. I asked him it would work again as the key he cut seemed not probably cut. Then he raised his voice and told me I should have told him prior. After that he gave me a hand gesture to rush out of the store. 😦

I would avoid this place all time especially if you are looking to cut a key or a fob (he can’t even cut a key. Let alone copying fobs)

Horrible experince. This guy takes advantage of being the only place offering photocopy services within a 10 metre diameter of the Turkish Consulate General. There is a clear list of prices for photocopy services. $1 Single Page - BW (black-and-white). I requested photocopies of 2 ID cards as two single pages in black-and-white. He told me as he was photocopying that the total would be $4 instead of $2 because he charges per side of the ID card and not per page like it's indicated in the price list. I was experiencing some mild symptoms of heat stroke and my phone died while waiting for Uber, so I went into the store to ask if I could get my phone charged just so I could use Uber again. The lady there was very kind, she helped me charge my phone and let me rested there, and even offered me an ice popsicle when she saw that I was not in my best shape.
