Drove into the drive thru, nobody took my order. Waited some time till I finally asked “hello?” not sure if anybody was awake. And the guy with the mic said “ wait a second”. While I wait, someone else drives to the second drive thru order area. And gets their order taken before me. I finally got to order an egg McMuffin. And the employee says they don’t have any. And I’m confused at the level of communication I am receiving. At this point I ordered a double cheese burger and was providing my code. The employee couldn’t understand the code. So I told him I’ll drive up to the window. I give him my code, pay for my order. And was told to wait a minute again. After I received my food, I asked the employee why the other person was able to order and I had to wait. The employee kept trying to tell me his mic did not work and that two people take orders. I asked him, “ wouldn’t it make more sense if the first person that arrives gets served first?” I wasn’t sure if this employee was not listening or had a language barrier. But he kept repeating his the same thing over and over again. This location isn’t the same anymore. I would rather get out the car and wait 8 minutes at Harvey’s. An employee under the influence of marijuana would be more efficient than … An employee that can’t work the drive thru or An employee that has a language barrier or An employee that is busy video calling his family back home

Reps: Spoke with 4 representatives I don’t really know who to say gave the service but the lady at the drive through didn’t have a name tag Service time: I waited like 5-6 minutes on one side while everyone else got their order. No one has a name tag Service: absolutely horrible, if I had any allergens I would’ve been in a world of trouble. I gave pretty clear instructions and they knew what j wanted as they said they didn’t do that there. The individual spoke with someone and that changed. Regardless I was given the wrong order anyways. The McDonald’s was getting everyone’s order wrong when I went inside and it seemed like complete chaos. You’d think the airport was on fire, they were also out of condiments. Their were like 16 people back there and it was still chaos. I’m pretty sure I’m done with the McDonald’s franchise after this lol unless it’s happy meals because that’s the only thing they seem to get right these days. They’re out of touch. After an extra 10 minutes I got my order.

It was promptly thrown in the garbage as there was no one around to give it to. To their credit, Uber support addressed my issue and refunded me the cost of the meal in a credit on the app, to be used to reorder my food. I'll point out I was given the option of a refund or credit, and I chose credit. When I attempted to contact the McDonalds after reordering, to ensure my order is done correctly, they answered the phone, sighed, and hung up without saying a word. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Included is a wonderful picture of their failure.

I hate rating places a low rating because of a FEW staff, but this was one of my rudest experiences at any McDonald's. Sounds very minor, but the female staff taking my order had sort of rushed through taking my order and did not give time to repeat it either. After paying ofcourse I asked for extra sauce as I was rushed through my order... I tried to proceed and ask for the extra condiments, and why is it that I am denied extra condiments...the female taking my order repeatedly tried to tell me that I have already paid for my order and so now I am not able to get any extra of anything. She refused to hear my request even if they need to charge me extra money...that extra money is something that I am willing to pay...and after all that, she agreed to give the extra sauce on the side. I asked once again when receiving my order if she had packed it on the side as she originally said. Due to the order being 1-2 bags, I did not have time to dive into the bags and check for a small container of extra sauce, however once opening my order after arriving home. I was least to say unsatisfied as there was no extra sauce, and the burger was ALSO dry. If I had not asked for extra ketchup, I would have received only 1-2 packets, without the extra sauce I was willing to be charged for. And I am upset and confused why there is such a disregard for the care in a customer's orders, and if they are literally requesting for something so small as extra sauce. It's $0.30-0.50, lol please be kind. It was very frustrating that although my order has been placed, I should be able to request additional condiments that I am WILLING to be charged for (and also help enjoy my meal a little more) OR allowing the customer time to fully confirm their order perhaps could also help to improve or solve this inconvenience before having them to rush to pay, especially if you are going to deny them something small like further condiments. I have visited (this store) McDonald's at 2870 Eglinton Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1J 2C8 today at 12.35 am. I placed my order through Mobile App, and I've been asked to wait outside by one of the male staff in that restaurant. The store was not busy at all and the staff were showing their bloody attitude towards everyone including senior citizens. There were online delivery drivers waiting outside for more than 40 mins to receive their food and all of them were being abused by one of the female staff. I'm a witness that she was being racist to one of the old men who was doing skip the dishes. He has followed all the Covid-protocols and had a hot bag as well. He was been abused very badly just for politely asking about his order status. He was literally pleading for his order and for being nice and the lady wasn't listening to it. It made me so sad to see that she has thrown his food towards him. She refused to give me my food as well, for telling her to be nice and polite to old people. She shut the door very aggressively to show up her attitude. This can't be acceptable. I need a proper enquiry against this arrogant woman and Mcdonald's must provide me proper justification why I wasn't been served even after I paid and waited for a long time. Canada is the best country in the world that is famous for its multicultural diversity and we have stood up every time to protect unassisted and helpless people. I believe it's not a silly matter that I have been refused to get my food for questioning racism and arrogance. I believe McDonald's corporation will take this issue seriously and will get...

I meet there once a month with my fellow retired cronies. Yesterday between 11 and 12 the place was overrun by two successive groups of students. The high school kids at least showed some self awareness and they tried to self monitor, realising that their noisy activities might be disturbing to other patrons. The middle school kids were totally out of control, throwing food, cups, screaming and running around between tables all over the restaurant!

The staff were totally out of their league. I had to leave my group and go in search of a manager. Somebody came and spoke to the kids but I don't understand how this person, who was standing by the cash, could not have been aware that the restaurant was in such violent disarray. Also she told the kids that they were disturbing other patrons. Yes this was true, but i didn't like to be blamed and have our group singled out... She actually pointed us out! Basically the kids' behavior was not acceptable in a public venue. I am sure their parents would have been mortified had they seen what the kids were doing and had the restaurant been empty, the kids' out of control behaviour still would not have been acceptable.

McDonald's management, please up your game and make it a priority to support your staff in monitoring the kids when they are in your restaurant. One last thing, if one of those kids slips on a piece of food as they hurtle themselves around the store and is injured in the slightest, you can be sure that the parents will come at you with a lawsuit and you will not even be able to say that you performed due diligence to...
