This Tim's has the worst server ever.
I work nearby and use the mobile ordering app so I don't need to wait 10 minutes for a staff to finally notice me standing in line. 99% of the time things are never done when I make the couple min walk from work and I need to wait to get someone's attention anyways to do my order.
I have limited time during my break so what's the point of the app if you can't get the order done in a timely manner? One Saturday I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a chicken wrap, couldn't eat my lunch when I came back since it took my whole lunch just to get my lunch...
If you order a sandwich with something cold like a muffin or donut, good luck getting everything on time. The staff doesn't talk to each other regardless of the fact they have radios and half the time they put the donuts in the bag with THE GLAZE FACE DOWN SO IT MELTS TO THE WRAPPER.
Don't even try to go there during a busy Saturdays or Sundays, it's like gambling if the staff will even UNDERSTAND you and give you want you actually ordered. Even when you try to get them to CORRECT it, they still mess it up.
One of my coworkers went there the other day, used the mobile app, no smile cookies in stock and the store said you need to call customer service for a refund. They call and say the restaurant needs to refund it, now they've lost $9 and probably won't ever go to your...

This franchise needs to step up their service just like every other Tim Hortons I have been to. It feels like the client is being discriminating on. Not welcoming at all. Very disappointing with the direction of Tim Hortons. Your going to charge a client . 10 cents for water while other places it is complimentary. Then have these condescending employees with no manners speak to clients. Crazy. I get sale conversion is not a problem at Tim Hortons. It's an established franchise. At least have decent workers with manner. It's very simple and basic customer service.
I would pay for the water don't get me wrong. It's the principle and sarcastic tone from associates that just did not sit well with me. I have been to so many different locations in GTA that offer complimentary water to paying clients. That's another lie given by your associates. Horrible Horrible customer service. I'll definitely be going to the other location opposite Sherway Gardens Mall. Ouuu and of course no tissue in my bag with my breakfast. I hope the 10 cents your charging me will go into investing in better customer service training...

The cashier was ridiculous rude at me once i paid due i just received the sandwich but not the hash brown saying i didnt requested. i kindly ask her if she would add the hash brown in my bill and the answer was " you should pay attention when you order and check the screen'' i said dont worry my love i just need the hash brown if you didnt heard its fine no problem but she went back to me saying " that i did say the hash brown and said a few words that i prefer to do not say" i always come in the daily basis to buy stuff for my company and employees but definitely i wont return again and also aware my co workers about this. Please to the owners: Life is hard and we understand that she might hate this job or it was a difficult morning for her but if you provide a costumer service that should be left at home because like myself i shouldn't have to deal with other people frustrations. So in my conclusion this job is not for her. I didnt want to waste my time writing this but it really bother me that i was nice and try to understand this lady but she didnt...
