I give them 1 star because they offer a gluten free pizza, but LEGIT STRETCH THE DOUGH ON TOP OF WHEAT FLOUR. No care at all to try to avoid cross contamination. The guy had all his hands fully covered in wheat flour, stretched the GF dough in the same counter they stretch normal dough and used all the same spoons fully covered in wheat to spread the tomato sauce and cheese.

Listen: I understand if the store can’t guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination (I get it. It’s a pizza store, wheat flour is very volatile and they use the same oven so the store can’t promise there won’t be any traces of gluten). HOWEVER , they should promise they will try their best to accommodate the client needs. How?

1- Employees should wash their hands before touching the gluten free dough. 2- The employees should stretch the dough on another countertop, and use GF mix to stretch the pizza. (They have a lot of counter top space). 3- The store should have a separate bowl with shredded cheese and tomato sauce only for celiac clients. That way they don’t use the same spoons with wheat to handle ingredients. 4- The pizza should go in the oven ON a metallic tray and NOT on top of the naked stone fully covered of wheat flour.

Final note: celiacs are already paying more for the gluten free pizza. Anywhere you go they charge you more for GF food, so at least try to do things right. It’s a pitty because I swear the GF dough they have is amazing. Too bad they don’t give a F* about the clients and contaminate everything.

Hopefully a manager reads this FREE advice and gives proper training to their...

I absolutely love the concept of Pi Co - choose from a variety of fresh toppings and have your custom pizza made fresh right in front of you, watching it cook in the oven in under 90 seconds and have a pipping hot pizza ready to eat in no time.

I was fortunately enough to be invited for a tasting event here. There were quite a few people getting their pizzas as well, but I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the process. The pizzas taste good too! Sure, you choose the toppings you like, but the crust for me is a very important part as well - it is nicely thin, and had the right kind of chewiness that I like. Their house-made tomato sauce is great too and they have two kinds to choose from.

I totally missed out on the fact they have truffle oil as an option as an add-on ($3 extra), otherwise I would have totally done it. Prices are definitely not bad considering it is a custom pizza place at Bay/Bloor - $9 for a margherita pizza or $13 for one with unlimited(!) toppings.

The only thing that is preventing me from giving this place a 5 star is that it is a bit on the small size (more geared towards take-out, but there are seats), and they don't have beer available (cold beer + fresh hot pizza = the bomb). The good news is that they are opening up another soon at Yonge/Eglinton, so...

Very poor customer service . I’ve being ordering using the Ritual App many times and the order was always delivered. This location is so cheap , they have picked it up all the delivery services , but pay less fees for the Ritual they decided not include it as a delivery provider. At least could mention this on their website. There’s no even customer service number for this company , no head office to contact !!! So I wasn’t aware of that and have ordered pizza as I was really craving for that , paid, and receiving notification that order is ready for pick up . I wasn’t able to pick it up , I have called the store and was transferring from one employee to another hearing we can’t refund your order, contact Ritual . I have contacted Ritual - they are saying contact restaurant for refund . So it’s like a circle . I have called the store again , the third employee already spoke to me saying we can’t refund , we can’t deliver . Order through another app... And on the background I’m hearing another employee is saying to the girl I spoke to - “enough talking to her. Bye bye” and the girl from the store just hung up on me. so it was a huge confusion and misunderstanding. I left without pizza , and I don’t know if Ritual would be able to process a refund . But would never definitely return to...

You can never go wrong with PiCo. Indulge yourself with a nice craft-your-own pizza or stick with the classic margherita. The crust is always cooked to perfection with a little bit of crisp burnt edges that have a nice smokey flavor combined with some areas of the crust that is soft and airy. AND YOU THINK THAT'S IT? NAH B you can also grab a salad either as main or side. As you can see from picture, the main salad is pretty big and filling. If you really wanna go all out, finish off your three course meal with a sweet pizza - Yes they have that. It's called "sweet pi" on the menu. There is limited seating space in this Bay street location, but you can walk to Yorkville and sit in the park to eat. There's a couple nice coffee shops here too so you can grab that on the go, I recommend checking out Goldstruck Coffee.

Just keep on walking! I had a cheese pizza, which is super hard to mess up as it’s the most basic pizza ever, and it was terrible (although visually it looked so good)! It should have been called “salt on a pie” as it was extremely salty. The dough tasted really bad on its own (based on the crust) and the sauce tasted like it’s out of a cheap jar. To make things worse, the pizza was burnt on the bottom and tasted like black char, not the kinda nice cooked and crispy flavor. If you wonder if it gets worse… when I asked for a little extra marinara, I was told it was a TWO DOLLAR up-charge (laughable, really). I will say though that it’s a fair price for a cheese pizza, but it was not even worth it. So yeah, just keep on walking.
