Pizzaiolo — Restaurant in Toronto

I frequently visit this Pizzaiolo location, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. Today I went in and asked for the walk-in special pointing at the sign outside - I said “Can I get the walk-in special with pepperoni and add basil”. When I got to the car I opened the pizza and realized there was no pepperoni on the pizza. I walked back inside and approached the worker and let him know that they forgot to add the pepperoni. He showed me the receipt saying I was only charged for basil. I asked him if he could remake the pizza as I asked for a medium pizza with pepperoni and basil. He asked me “what do you want me to do with this one?” and gave no solution to rectify the mistake made on his side. He acted as if it was my fault when the worker taking my order didn’t properly punch in my order. Super disappointed with the lack of care and customer service. I was forced to take home a pizza I didn’t want. Will not be visiting this location again after this...

Very friendly, great customer service. Made the pizza perfect! Taste and quality of the 🍕 was amazing! I have gone a couple of times since their opening and it is always great service with a smile both times. They have endless options for pizza, organic tomato sauce and organic olive oil as well.
