so if you're like me, you've been feeling that a lot of Japanese restaurants are ctrl + copy + paste with high prices. However, it's been a while since I found a place that completely satisfied my taste buds that I don't feel any reservations about paying for it! YOU MUST check this place out!! let me give some details that you may notice when you go there: the compositions of their rolls is different each ingredient has been carefully handled deluciously. the rice has been well seasoned giving a good foundation to the taste little details impressed me. ex. the cucumber had not only been cut into several small pieces, more of the flesh which holds the water had been removed. it gave a delightful crunchy texture and taste of cucumber without the diluting effect of the water in the flesh of the cucmber (which most places do for refreshing effect which i think is unnecessary) i really want to know what they did with the fish in the rolls. it was deliciously harmonized. most places the fish just kinda stands alone (which is not bad) but always left me feeling something was...

This place is an absolute gem for sushi lovers like me! My first two visits were for the $6 grab-and-go boxes — such great value, and I loved that I could mix and match instead of being stuck with a full roll I wasn’t sure about. On my third visit, I decided to dine in and was even more impressed.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. When I mentioned my husband couldn’t eat salmon, they kindly offered to customize a sushi pizza with half white tuna and half salmon — so thoughtful! And the sushi pizza? Super crispy and full of flavor.
