Terrible experience. I walked over to this place in the snowstorm and I asked the cashier lady about the promotion of Buy 1 get one free. She didn’t understand it so I tried several times explaining what it is. She then after “pretended” to understand and say yes to me. So I ordered a medium chicken on the fries, thinking I’ll get another one for free. After paying, I wanted to double check to make sure I was getting 2 orders. She then tells me something completely off topic. None of the workers there knew any English. Once I explained the deal to her again, she told me it was online order only. So I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. They weren’t even able to process my refund back to my debit card! They took forever trying to figure it out and then they ended up giving me a cash refund. I don’t understand why they couldn’t honour the buy 1 get one free after all that. I wasted all my time going there and being told I would get something and then not get it. I was so upset I left walking back in the snow without food. I've been frequenting this great place since they opened up a few doors down from me. They've consistently been very friendly and welcoming since they've started up. An excellent addition to this neighbourhood and run by real individuals who's minds work with the customers. I was quick to invite all my friends and family to try out their food.

Their food is just as great as the people. I'm a vegetarian and the food is just as filling as their meat options since the portions just make sense. A real bang for your buck with the taste to back it up. They are very capable at adjusting to your food specifications and really seem to care about how you'd like your food.

When I started coming here, they didn't have a plain veggie wrap on the menu. It was the only thing I ordered so, eventually, they even added the option into their system. Even offered me a great deal for a few months before the addition to their system, which really helped me out financially at the time! Godsends.

Shawarma Moose has completely transformed my perception of Shawarma! After a less-than-ideal experience with Shawarma years ago, I was hesitant to give it another try. However, Shawarma Moose, conveniently located just 10 doors down from my house, changed everything. Initially cautious, I finally succumbed to a friend's persuasion, and I'm thrilled I did!

Their chicken plate and chicken wrap have become my absolute favorites, and I find myself frequenting Shawarma Moose at least twice a week. Unlike other Shawarma spots I've tried recently, Shawarma Moose delivers consistently delicious flavors that keep me coming back for more.
