I recently visited the Starbucks at Spadina and Fort York was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The highlight of my visit was the amazing customer service. The woman behind the cash register was incredibly friendly and attentive. Her warm smile and helpful attitude made me feel welcome right from the start.

The store has an impressive collection of Canadian-themed Starbucks tumblers and cups. I particularly loved the ones with Toronto and Canada designs—they make perfect souvenirs or gifts for friends and family. It’s great to see such a variety of local merchandise available.

The location is quite convenient if you’re in the area. It’s a great spot to rest and recharge, especially if you’ve been out and about in the neighbourhood. The seating is comfortable, and the atmosphere is relaxed, making it an ideal place to enjoy a coffee or snack.

On the downside, the store can get quite busy during peak hours, which sometimes leads to a bit of a wait. However, the staff's efficiency helps mitigate this issue to a large extent.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The friendly service, unique merchandise, and convenient location make this Starbucks a standout. If you’re in the vicinity, I definitely recommend stopping by for a quick coffee...

Horrible won’t be coming to Starbucks again especially this location every time I come in I’m waiting 10 minutes tops today was extremely bad came in ordered a medium expresso not knowing they only had one expresso machine working and wasn’t informed about it until 5 minutes of waiting and everyone in the store had there order completed waited 5 mins after waited another 5 more minutes and barista still hasn’t acknowledged my order then I left assuming my order will be complete when I come back. Came back after 15 minutes and still barista says who are you I’m like I was here 10 mins ago waiting for my drink they once again had everyone’s order ready except mine and they said oh make her drink next after she makes one more person in front of me I’m like ok wow I don’t want the drink that’s horrible service and won’t be coming back and they are over priced and clearly don’t care about the customers they knew my name and still acted like they have no...

Went there to redeem my birthday promo. the cashier was not sure about how to do it outside of the app and when he reached out to the manager to get help, she aggressively refused to allow me to receive a birthday gift from starbucks which is barely a dollar or two. A memory which could be fun for very little to no cost on their end turned into a bitter memory of me with that location plus this review to let everyone know who runs that place (maybe not all managers are bad in case there are more than one manager working there). I will never go back although I live across the street. But luckily a minute walk south there's another starbucks in case I needed.
